The proximity to the airport and the interior of the hotel

The rooms are very hot and stuffy. There is no AC in the winter and no windows to open. It can get up to 30C at night and we were sweating throughout. There needs to be fresh air circulating through the room.

Sehr gut erreichbar und super, um auch früh morgens abzufliegen. Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer, ruhig, gutes Bett. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

This will be a standard to follow when flying. Initially booked a hotel in Zurich city. But didn't want issues for our morning flight, so booked here. We eventually found out that there was no need to go outside of the airport to access the hotel. We found the right path. Check in was good. We are a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. King and a twin. There was a bit of an issue with our children not getting a twin room, but that was quickly fixed. Some great lollies at the check in counter and another counter with water, sparkling water and some biscuits and fruit. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very easy to get around and was easy to go to the airport the night before take off to confirm where would be checking in for our flight. Staff were polite and friendly. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Great food and great staff. Will stay again.

Location and overall facilities were good.

Check-in took 30 minutes, and despite booking two single beds, we were given a king-sized bed. After requesting a change, we received a new room, but it lacked towels for two. After waiting for 30 minutes after requesting the towels, I called the front desk to follow up as it was already late, and we had an early morning flight. The receptionist was incredibly rude, informing me that towels had already been requested for this room, and then abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, we had booked a room with breakfast included and arranged for two vegan breakfast boxes with the receptionist we checked in with at 6:15 AM for our early flight as we were informed that we leave before breakfast time. However, the next morning, there was nothing prepared, and staff claimed there was no record of our request. The receptionist asked us to wait until breakfast time which would have lead to us missing our flight and refused to refund the 60 CHF paid for breakfast as we booked through booking.com. Instead, they handed us a sandwich with meat which we returned, an apple, and orange juice—far from the vegan breakfast we were promised. Overall, this experience was deeply frustrating and well below expectations. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Unfriendly and slow check-in. Weak WiFi in room. Noise from the corridor. Ugly view from first floor room onto a big road.

The location.

Upon my 10:30pm arrival, I checked in smoothly and headed to my room. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned or changed at all. Towels thrown over the shower, used mini bar, bed entirely unkept. I went back to check in and said my room had not been cleaned and the man working was not apologetic what so ever. He just handed me a new room key. Ridiculous service. The new room they gave me was a huge downgrade as well. So disappointing.

Staff molto accogliente.

Ho avuto problemi sia con check in che con check out. Risolto in un paio di giorni. Flessibile doccia perdeva e contatto luce con la tessera non funzionava. Lo staff ha risolto tutto.
