Bij het ontbijt werden borden wat te snel afgeruimd waardoor je het idee had dat er vooral haast moest gemaakt worden.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Betten zudem super bequem. Die letzte Renovierung der Zimmer ist natürlich schon etwas länger her, sodass diese nicht besonders modern sind, aber alles war sauber und die Qualität der Matratze zb sehr gut

Simply divine, from warm welcome at front desk, large room with windows we could open. Felt very spoilt, steam room and sauna a treat. Breakfast had a wide variety, even if we missed on fruit and pancakes.

Be good to include bathrobes and slippers in room, so when going to the fitness/ steam room area you are prepared 😀. Also we came down for breakfast just b4 10 and many of the popular offerings were already finished, staff not topping up those dishes. Unfortunate for us.

Great hotel in a good location. Stayed with my two daughters in a room with two singles and an extra bed. Space was tight but the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was amazing and they easily accommodated our gluten free requests.

Bőséges, változatos reggeli. Központi, de nem zajos helyen. Mindig barátságos, segítőkész személyzet. A foglaltnál jobb szobát kaptam, mert csak ez volt üres. :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It was quiet. Very close to Naschmarkt and to Karlsplatz U station. Chocolate on the pillow.

You should be careful of only one male staff of the front staffs of whose attitude seems to change depending on race or language, and also be careful of the scams committed by the taxi driver called by this male staff. I asked one male staff to call a taxi. The male staff seemed to have called a taxi that he often uses. The called taxi driver did not start the fare meter and even presented a receipt with an excessive amount. This criminal act left me with the worst memories of Vienna. I seriously hope that there is no cooperative relationship between the male staff of this hotel and the taxi driver.
