The room was in a perfect location. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, so I had a really good sleep. The staff who work at this hotel are lovely. I have no complaints about the hotel at all.

The position and room was comfortable

It was not very very clean. It wasn’t dirty but it was not the cleanest. Room service was not good.

The decor of the room sums up Vienna the city....the location was amazing-central to everything and safe in the evening for a solo traveller. Front desk were helpful when I had questions. I arrived early in the morning and they were able to accommodate me immediately to my room.

Not a deal breaker but breakfast was a small selection of things. I saw that other guests had croissants but there were none left. The service could have been a little better at breakfast - you have to ask for hot drinks rather than they come and ask you if you need anything.

Our choise of Elaya Hotel Vienna City Center (Ehemals Arthotel Ana Amadeus) was especially successful. The location (3 min by Stephanplatz), the U-Bahn stations (Stephanplatz U & Schwedenplatz U), cafes, restaurants, shops: all nearby (5-20 min on foot). The room was spacious. Cleanliness, quietness and staff service was friendly. We particularly appreciate the assistant of the receptionist Mr. Franck Ilunga who was always willing to assist us (Flexible Week Tickets, Boarding-Pass printing, etc.). We shall always be happy to recommend your fine hotel.

I‘ve stayed a number of times as the members of staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The location is excellent.

The room I had was on the 9th floor and the windows were in the slanting roof/ceiling. The air con didn’t quite cope.

Room was quite big and clean. Location was perfect - but that is the only good thing I could say about this hotel.

Breakfast is terrible, coffee - not drinkable. Reception desk - it is 2023 already, outside the window, but in reception they still use some sort of paper notes, everything taking very long. Staff in reception desk asked for our passports (we were travelling with EU ID cards), also, staff said, that we need to pay, thus we have already had paid through booking platform. We asked for ironing set, staff have brought it - really? (picture attached).

Clean room and great location.

Our room did not have breakfast in. For the money that we have paid the breakfast has to be essential. And the extra cost was 20 euror per person per day.

Exceptionally beautiful and large room. Breakfast is good. The location could not be better. Steps from St. Stephan’s Square, yet on a quiet street away from the crowds.

This pricey “arthotel” lacks art and the only common space, the breakfast room, seems unfinished.

We’re were given a room that didn’t look anything like in the picture. The room (#92) was a room at the roof with a low sealing. The windows didn’t have proper blinds that can block sunlight i.e. we woke up at 5am due to sunrise and we couldn’t do anything about it. It was a horrible experience, The next day I had to complain at the reception and only then they offered to change our room to something like in the picture and they offered us a free breakfast. The receptionist agreed that our room doesn’t look like the pictures and that many other visitors also complained about the rooms in the 9th floor before, but the owners of the hotel don’t want to change their listed at Booking.com

Small and clean hotel in the middle of Vienna. Correct for what I needed.

The hotel was lovely, situated well. Breakfast was more than adequate and always topped up as things ran low. All staff were friendly and also the hotel was very clean.

We arrived late and the person checking us in was a little abrupt and unfriendly and we had problems working out the heating and air conditioning in the room. It did not cause too much of a problem though. Coffee was not replenished in the room and when we asked, the person didn't understand us and delivered more sugar. The fridge was on the floor and as there was underfloor heating the fridge stayed warm.
