Location. Also apartment size was excellent for a family of 4.
Located on a busy street so a little loud if you sleep with open windows.

Lack of furniture- only one chair in the main double bedroom and no table although plenty of space to have one

El alojamiento me encantó , moderno, bonito y la ubicación perfecta.
El único inconveniente es que el agua caliente si vais varios y te duchabas a la vez el tercero no tenía agua caliente y el segundo templada. Había que esperar un rato no largo pero si había q esperar para volver a tener agua caliente

Sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht! Eine top Lage und das alte Gebäude mit dem sehr schönen Eingangsbereich lässt einem den Wiener-Charme für den Aufenthalt spüren. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt, Supermarkt, Café und Restaurants sind einfach aus der Haustür raus. Parkhaus zu einem super Preis gleich eine Querstraße weiter. Einchecken online hat super funktioniert und das Personal war auch sehr nett. Wir würden es auch nochmals buchen! Danke für die schönen Tage!
Kleiner Tipp, eine Nespresso- Maschine wäre toll und ein Stuhl müsste neu gepolstert werden!

الشقة واسعه فيها غرفتي نوم مع صالة ومطبخ مفتوح على الصالة ودورة مياه. نحن عيلة من أربع أفراد وكانت جداً مناسبه.
الموقع ممتاز 10 د مشي للسنتر.
لايوجد.
تعاون الموظفين حل جميع المشكلات الجانبية.

Nice property, great location. Easy to access.
When I booked, I thought there were two bathrooms - which there technically were but there was only one toilet. The other bathroom was just a shower and sink.

Sehr zentrale Lage, moderne Unterkunft. Wunderschön verzierte Decke und sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Fußläufig sind Lebensmittelläden, Bäcker und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Es war sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage.
WLAN war sehr unzuverlässig, das Schlafsofa nicht so bequem und die Küche war nur spartanisch ausgestattet. Leider gab es keinen Föhn

Very spacious apartment is a historical building - all the facilities you need plus dishwasher and washing machine. Underground, circle tram line and supermartket close by.
Just add a few more picea of furniture and this apartment will be super!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was cozy, clean and very central to the tram, train and tourist attractions.
Martin was extremely friendly, welcoming, efficient, professional and made our stay an absolute pleasure.
We will definitely be back at HeyMi Apartments soon!!

The property was in a great location, walkable to tourist attractions and also near public transportation. Good size apartment. Bathroom was new/renovated. Good value.
Property looks nicer in photos than in reality. Furniture is not great quality. It was incredibly loud with parties going on from other floors; with no air conditioning, needed to keep windows open, but with interior courtyard location, this also meant not much airflow through the open windows. I would recommend this property for young travelers. But as I was traveling with my sisters and elderly mother, I wouldn’t book this property again.

Well equipped and elegant apartment in a very beautiful building. Perfect stay for visiting museums in Vienna as it gives you a feeling that you are in a special historic place. Location is perfect for walking to the city center or using a tram/metro. Easy check in/out. Easy to find. Coffee bars and restaurants only few steps away. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was exactly as the pictures were showing. Nice decor and comfortable beds.
Very welcoming staff and helpful with the luggages.
We really appreciated the early check-in.
Hot water is lukewarm. Some additional hooks could be added on the door of the shower.

very well located! the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. high ceilings! the architecture of the building is amazing!
we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms formed by 2 former individual units which you could see and feel, when looking to the floors and walls. spaces were artificially created and furniture is a mixture of new and old Ikea. floors are very noise because are very old.
