Perfect location, cozy room, very good staff

The terrace wasn’t open, but I think it’s just start of April and to cold weather

the location is exceptional, the design rooms are very nice

the additional services are limited since the building is not too big (this is a fact, not a complaint)

Location is perfect, couldn't be more central, easy to reach directly by train from the airport. Right next to St. Stephan Cathedral, a beautiful neighbourhood where you can walk to everything.

Hotel is perfectly located in the centre. Super clean & comfortable. The staff so nice & helpful. Highly recommend!!

Photos look much nicer than the actual room, which is quite old. Not very clean. Old hair on bedsheets etc.

Its nearly a steps for everything. Have a nice breakfast, lot of food around, and the area is calm, not noisy. Love my view in the stay and the top floor bar.

The hotel Topazz is not a 5-star hotel, but the facilities are close to match this. The hotel has very special windows design which we very much liked. We had a room at the top floor, which was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and you can easily walk to all important sights. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The utensils are of high quality. We recommend staying in this hotel.

Although the room and the windows are very special and it's also very nice to sip champagne while observing the crowds on the street, you're also being observes by the folks on the roof-top bar and offices just opposite the hotel (or even from the street). So if you want a little privacy the curtains need to remain shut, which is a shame for such a unique design. The furniture is becoming a little weary. The TV is not a smart-tv, so you can't connect your phone to it to stream media. There is no valet parking.

The room service was bad, they entered the room and took things on their own and threw them in the trash.

one of the washroom walls was all glass and pointing to an outside window, so the curtains needed to be closed before using the washroom

- this is not 5 star hotel at all, room could be cleaner, and the mattress in the room 33 is to bad, you can not sleep on it!

Great location. Although in the city centre it was pleasantly quiet. Within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions.
