2e douche/wastafel was erg onhandig Geen woonkamer, was eigenlijk een slaapkamer. We misten een grote bank.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, It was the perfect base to use for our holiday as it was close to many attractions.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location is great at the center of the city, The Apartment is very big includes 3 big rooms and the beds are very comfortable, everything you need is available in the kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

Two showers and bathtub are available but only one toilet seat.

The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment is big, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. It is clean in the apartment.

Great location

The apartment is poorly designed , was unclean with several patches of chewing gum on the floor and we had to search extensively for linen for one bed which wasn't made. It took more than a day to get a response to our enquiry about the missing linen. The toilet door binds on the floor and was difficult to open beyond about 400mm so we had to squeeze past it. The 2nd bathroom is actually a cupboard.with a shower and basin in it.

showers leaked and drained poorly. kinda tough for 5 people showering daily. manager offered to come fix it very quickly though and much appreciated given the holiday weekend

Apartments was very nice and comfortable at the great location right in the center of the city. Had 3 separate rooms and two bathroms and spacious kitchen. All comunication with the owner was really nice and they were helpful and nice.

Apartment could be cleaner. There was a lot of dust and some places have not been clean for ages. This is really downside of it.

Spacious apartment in the historical city centre.

Location is excellent and it was a beautiful apartment. Host allowed us to leave later as cleaner was coming in early afternoon which we really appreciated.

No soap in bathrooms

Despite our appeals, we did not receive the code on time and could not open the box in which the keys were stored. Therefore, we were forced to stay in another hotel without any compensation from the host

We really enjoyed the spaciousness and the well equipped kitchen. Having two showers was also a delight. It was fun being in the pedestrian area as well, and not far to walk for a taxi.

Booking.com didn't describe a few amenities accurately. This is on them, not the fault of the owner. To clarify, there are not three bedrooms AND a living room. One of the bedrooms has a sofa and a TV in it. Also, the fact that there are five steps up to the elevator isn't mentioned. As for things we didn't like about the apartment itself, although fixtures sparkled the floor had strings of dust in the bedrooms. We vacuumed. Finally, having only one toilet caused a traffic jam a few times.

The apartment is comfortable, bright, clean and right in the city.

Great apartment right in the middle of the main town - so close to everything! We could hear the bells ring at St. Stephen's Cathedral every day! There were 5 of us and more than enough room - although there is no lounge (it's inside a bedroom) the kitchen and dining area are nice and big. Despite having about 3 showers, there is only 1 toilet! So worth nothing that. The restaurants nearby are delicious, and there is an amazing cafe down the road that is a lovely authentic Vienna Coffee House called Cafe Restaurant Braunerhof where we had delicious breakfast, coffee and cakes.

The only thing we struggled with is the kitchen is SEVERELY under supplied. There wasn't even a tea towel to dry dishes. It was absolutely bare. Not even salt, pepper or oil to help with cooking. There was a nespresso coffee machine, but only ONE pod was left next to it - i assume by the previous people who stayed there. The smallest touches would have made the biggest difference here.

The accomodation is great, it is situated in the center of Vienna, just a few steps from Stephansdom and other historical monuments. The apartment is very comfortable, absolutely clean and everything is as on the pictures or even better. The staff is very helpful, polite and responsive. The checkin and checkout is easy and contactless.

Everything was just great!!! Perfect stay at Vienna! The apartment was unbelievably well located and spacious! Absolutely in the center with walking distance to many touristic places and also close to metro station. All was same or better than on the pictures. In some comments was mentioned lack of enough chairs… we were 6 adults and 1 kid and had enough chairs! Some comments were complaining about only one toilette, true was only one but we had no inconvenience due to it - we could manage it. Others were mentioning that 3 bedroom is actually 2 plus 1 living room with a sofa and a bed… might be true, but the kitchen and dining area was so spacious that we could enjoy the family get together there. In general the flat is huge and has everything you need. The beds were really comfortable. Very clean, well equipped and maintained flat (only in the middle room under the bed was an empty bottle found though and in the 3rd room one of the lightbulb was not working next to the bed) The only two comments which could be corrected (and I write it here and not in the negative comment section as it has absolutely no negative influence on our stay) 1. only 4 mugs available (we were thinking to buy 2 in the IKEA, finally did not loose our time in Vienna for this) 2. the batteries in the remote controller of the Tv in the smaller room were dead and couldn’t not switch the TV on (again we were thinking to buy two, finally we forgot to do it, as we were not travelling to Vienna to watch TV) Definitely I highly recommend it for stay and sure if we ever come back to Vienna will stay here again. Absolutely very good value for the price!

Nothing. All was perfect!

Amazing apartment fully renovated with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and specious dining area, located literally 1 min walk from Stephansplatz. It was very clean, the beds and bed sheets are awesome !The apartment was read before the official check in time, it was very easy to get the keys. The host is very responsive and helpful- definitely will come back in our next stay in Vienna!

Noisy when the windows were open, but of course this is to be expected when staying in the heart of Vienna

Just amazing, so big and spacious apartment! Fully equipped kitchen, very comfort beds! We enjoyed our stay!!! Highly recommend!
