the food for dinner is limited and is bad. the breakfast spread is very limited l. the hote overcharges forget every single thing.

The lake views are stunning, reception staff are friendly & helpful.

Our room was not cleaned in 3 days, and staff did not always deliver on promises such as your bookings.

The staff was very very nice and tried their best at a time when there was a broken water mains and very little water in Calafate.

It is a very tired place and could do with a major renovation. While the rooms are completely acceptable, they have the feel and look of a 1960s hotel. Breakfast was nothing to write home about at all and the location, while overlooking the lake, is really very far away from town and at night with all the stray dogs around, probably not very walkable.

The personal from the hotel was really friendly giving us good recommendations.

The breakfast was pretty bad, WE SPENT TWO DAYS WITHOUT WATER ... the Water Tanks were so small that the few reserves were cold and without pressure... the bathroom and rooms were really old and small...

This is 1/2 star class hotel at best. Aside from the water shortage which I assume wasn't their fault, the facilities are run down. The breakfast is horrible, with stale bread, sour milk, and undrinkable coffee. The staff pretends to be friendly wearing a fake smile on their face but can be described as indolent at best! WiFi wasn't working properly and the towels wetter old, small and stained! Unbelievable. Stay away!
