Very hot rooms and impossible to adjust temperature. Terrible food and very expensive for tasteless food. The hotel should atleast provide free 2 bottles of water, tissues and body lotion. No kettle and tea / coffee making facility in the room.

Desayuno completo y muy variado. Habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. El Spa y la pileta climatizada diez puntos. Personal muy amable. Las zonas comunes son bellísimas. La gatita conserje fue un plus.

Si bien la presión y temperatura del agua de la ducha estaba bien, por momentos salían chorros de agua fría y/o muy calientes que eran molestos.

The Manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English which was good. Breakfast plentiful and lots of choice. Spacious and good atmosphere. Easy to get to town - short walk.

La ubicación y el estilo de hotel de esquí. En sus orígenes debió ser un buen hotel. La decoración es bonita. Pero todo está muy viejito. Al hotel le falta mantenimiento y renovarse. Tiene un aire y aspecto "cutres". Pero he de decir que la persona que nos atendió en recepción era encantador. Y la habitación muy amplia. Descansamos bien.

El desayuno es nefasto. Mala calidad y poca variedad. Y el hotel tiene que renovarse. Sería precioso si se invirtiera en él. También el lo que tiene a su alrededor. Da aspecto de estar en un lugar también un poco abandonado.

Strangest access Ive ever seen . No portico to pull a car up front to unload.. had to park in small unmarked parking lot on side and hoist baggage down some steps to enter. Checkin and checkout slow. Breakfast below average. Staff seemed demoralized.

Very cool hotel, recommend to visit!!! Unreal beautiful lobby, pleasing to the eye. The standard room with mountain view inspires with its authenticity. The hotel is designer! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even the handles on the doors! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I left my bag in the lobby, they realized it was me and gave it back to me) Breakfast is the usual, as in many Argentinian hotels. Also, we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant, the chef is awesome! Very tasty restaurant! If you eat the restaurant, definitely try the ravioli! I highly recommend this hotel

Personal muy atento y amable. Excelente la atención de todos. Muy rico el desayuno. Preciosa la piscina. Bien ubicado, se puede llegar a pie al centro.

The bartender, Mauricio, is a lovely personal. We had a wonderful evening after arriving late and tired (our flight had been delayed 3 hours) eating some small plates and drinking nice wine. After 5 minutes talking to Mauricio you feel that you’ve been friends for years. He also takes care that breakfast is well organized and remembers the names of all guests.

The personnel of the reception, a disgrace. Extremely rude, even if they had "strangely" lost our reservation via Booking (but the way the same happened to the customer in front of us). Especially Carlos.. Never seen something like that in any hotel in the world. Stay away.

standard rooms have the worst views on a road there was mould in the bathroom the air filter in the bathroom was full of dust the windows had humidity and condensation on them hotel was pretty expensive for what it has to offer

hotel was nice. a bit of a walk into town and back, but not bad, and do not think there are many hotels in town.

Breakfast was fine, but restaurant was terrible for any other meal. Many much better ones in town. Had to eat there one night as part of the tour…..not good.

Our room was pleasant with an outlook to town and beyond. Public areas attractive and spacious.

Not easy to find front door!. Satnav sent us down the road. When we found hotel had to lug bags down across gravel and down stairs to get into the hotel. No air conditioning in room. A bit of a walk to town 9(uphill on the way home).

The hotel needs to do something to ensure improved pedestrian access.

Breakfast was good not exceptional but good enough and timely as we were short on time and needed to eat quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk ladies were not very friendly and check in/out was not a quick process. We could not find any napkins at breakfast.
