Todo el servicio del restaurante estaba delicioso. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está muy cerca todo y fácilmente puedes moverte caminando. En el hotel te prestan bicicletas y tiene un acceso directo a la calle frente al lago en donde se puede pasear muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal es muy amable y con excelente atención.
La temperatura dentro del hotel es muy alta. Tuvimos que dormir con ventanas abiertas por que se sentía mucho calor. Nos hubiera gustado tener un mini refri en la habitación.

Hotel tem ótima localização, fácil acesso ao centro da cidade. O staff muito atencioso e simpático. Foi uma ótima estadia.
Havia barulho de outros quartos, e as camas são boas, mas poderiam ser melhores.

The hotel is not very close to the city center and after visiting El Calafate I have realized it’s better to stay close to the city center
If you have a lot of luggage like we did this is not the right hotel for you. Access to rooms is very difficult with too many steps

The restuarant was good.
Once you found the back of hotel for parking and the garden it was good.
Finding the hotel was difficult due to limited front street parking and visibility. Photos of hotel were inside grounds not street frontage so could not find hotel from images.
Hotel was hot and hard to manage the temperature.

Very comfortable, large room. Easy walking distance to the center of town. Reception very helpful with booking shuttles and answering questions. Glacier tour picked up at the hotel.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectation. Service was outstanding, breakfast excellent, spotless and spacious room with nice views of the garden and the lake and, last but not least, large and comfy bed.

lovely common areas. nice rooms IFF you dont get the ones facing the major road that runs behind the highway. room 215 was horribly noisy.
room 215 and ones near it are a nightmare, probably same for lower floor rooms, because very close to road with motorcycles and trucks thundering past all night

The view!!! From lobby and restaurant is fantastic. It is and you pay for a 3star hotel, but it is much better than that! The breakfast is Argentine, but all dinners were excellent! And vert reasonably priced!
Well, the gym ... I explained what was wrong with it and the answer was - well, expected - there maintenance people are based in Buenos Aires. But you are not going to Patagonia to spend your time in the gym, right?

The hotel has a real charm with a nice view from the room to the garden. The rest was up to expectations for a 3 stars decently priced hotel.

The room was good sized; the hotel seems a bit older but it is well maintained and very clean. we had a surprisingly great dinner at the restaurant. Parking is available and there is good access to the lake area and down town.
