Ottima struttura, non distante dal centro di Pisa e collegata ottimamente. Ottimo anche il ristorante interno all'hotel.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute, très grande chambre, confortable, chaleureuse à la propreté irréprochable, très bon petit déjeuner, tout était parfait ! Le centre historique est à 10 mn en bus.

Il soggiorno non era di piacere, i miei genitori, avanti con l'età, avevano bisogno di assistenza ospedaliera. l'hotel oltre alla posizione eccellente, vicino a qualsivoglia servizio di prima necessità, e anche a 15 minuti a piedi e a 30 secondi dalla fermata del pullman che porta in centro città. i miei genitori necessitavano di isolamento, in quanto immuno depressi, igiene e comodità, ed è ciò che abbiamo trovato! Il personale è stato molto disponibile, gentile e rispettoso, la qualità prezzo è indiscutibile! Le colazioni sono abbondanti, il prezzo aggiuntivo vi assicuro è più che giustificato. Mi sento di consigliare la struttura in quanto sono certa che anche per i viaggi di piacere il trattamento è il medesimo.

Niente, bagni puliti, camera spaziosa e luminosa. Consiglio solo di migliorare segnale wifi, ma è una sciocchezza che renderebbe il soggiorno praticamente perfetto.

Room was lovely and spacious and bed surprisingly comfortable and big. The reception and staff were welcoming and hotel was easy to find. We didn't have any food there so can't comment on breakfast etc. The location isn't very central and a good 30-40 min walk however a bus stop just outside. We did get the bus but sometimes it wasn't very regular and we did end up walking. The bus takes you to the station and then it's not too long a walk from there.

Slight smell of sewage which was coming from the bathroom, not a lot but we just kept the door shut. We also had some ants in the bin but just moved that outside. Not enough to cause an issue though.

Quick check in and ckeck out. Free private car parking. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Beds were very comfortable, the ac actually cooled down the room. Great water pressure in the shower. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice and so were the drinks. Bus stop less than a minute away, a pasticceria and some restaurants were nearby and close to the station! We also were given free water on the daily

Room wasn't lit well. Even when switching on all the lights in the room it still felt a bit gloomy.

location isn’t perfect but you can still walk to the main sites of Pisa, it’s about 30 minutes.

The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The room requires some attention, especially the bathroom.

Second time staying here and would stay again. Convenient for airport and train station and sightseeing. Nice staff and good service in restaurant and bar. Stayed on bed and breakfast basis with decent amount of food offered, also had evening meal which was tasty. Large bedroom and bathroom which was very comfortable and clean.

Clean, comfortable room, lots of towels, and complimentary water was a good touch. Hotel restaurants was nice and staff were attentive.

Is quite far from the centre of pisa and the restaurants and bars.

Absolutely excellent. Very very clean. A lot of breakfast and options to chose from. Quiet and good location.

Everything was perfect.

the staff were very friendly and helpful especially when it came to ordering taxis. the room was spacious and clean with the cleaners coming round every morning. the 12pm check out is also great

the walls are very thin, you can hear everything. there isn’t a lot round the hotel in terms of shops/ restaurants and it’s not very close to the centre, about a 40 min walk

The room was clean, relatively spacious and with super comfortable bed. Also, the breakfast had a nice selection to pick from with great sweets. Location bit further from the centre, but still doable in a nice 20+ mins walk.

There was no window in the room which could be open, also we could hear cars all night from the street in front of the hotel.

The location was very good. The breakfast was so good with planty of choices and great coffee! It was also included in the price. The personell was very nice and our doggie was staying there with us for free. They treat her very well and she was happy as she had even small patio to walk. I am so pleased for the stuff which ensure that our staying will be comfortable.

The hotel is good, good size room and bathroom. It has a nice restaurant on the first floor and there are restaurants and grocery stores few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast wasn't included in my rate but I believe you can have it for an additional fee.
