Clean and fine accommodation, but there was some shortcomings. Great location, cute rooms.

They did not have an iron in the whole facility and there was a buzzing noise on the outside of my room throughout the whole night for three nights I spent there. It might have not been the hotel's fault, but it did stop me from sleeping well.

The awesome Location is memorable, One of the staff was a young guy with eyeglasses, I think his name was Francesco, he was very helpful and nice to us.

The beds are very uncomfortable. A musty smell in the rooms.

Location was the best part, rooms were spacious and comfortable bed.

Check in was a bit chaotic, no information/Wi-Fi details etc given and had to go back down to provide documents 2 hours after check in as receptionist wasn’t there. however receptionist helped us get an early taxi and was very friendly.

Offer you cleanest room with a beautiful window view of Pisa Tower and of course the best location in Pisa and very friendly host Elisa 🤩👍🏼

Location was great, nice room but no tower view as we overlooked the garden with a little balcony. The staff were nice & helpful & away from the tower down the same road are lots of nice food & drink options.

Overlooking the garden meant a night of horror with mosquito’s. The room was very hot so the window was open for a while during the day, I was plagued all night with mosquitoes & was bitten 22 times on the face, hands, arms etc by the morning. We had almost no sleep and there was some kind of machine pulsing every 6 seconds all night below the room. Horrendous. Also for a 9.35 am flight, there were zero public transport options & you can’t book a taxi. We ended up dragging our suitcases a mile across the city before sunrise. Sorry to say I’d go elsewhere.

Getting the cases upstairs would have been too much for me. It was also quite expensive considering there was no breakfast

It was very hot in our room on a 3rd floor and very noisy on the street till 3am, but the view was so great.... so we still recommend this accomodation!

amazing location. directly opposite the tower !! spotlessly clean. spacious for a family of 4.

only one of the sitcom units worked and as we had a mezzanine in our room it did get a bit stuffy with only one working.
