The bedrooms where nice and spacious. 2 comfortable beds. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The center is 15min walk away which was great to be close by but not in all the busyness.

The bathroom could use an upgrade and a good cleaning.

the location is good if you want to see the leaning tower and parking is a bonus.

the place is a bit sterile not like a hotel more a motel. It was very difficult to find owing to the lack of signs.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, and perhaps they do it for clients arriving at a more proper time, but having the AC on would be nice as most of us arrive exhausted. Also, my luggage was missing, and I arrived super late, with no options to go and purchase water or a toothbrush, even if they charge for it during check out, which would be a plus 🫣!

Hotel name visible sign from street. Existing one is hidden behind fence so not possible to see driving or walking.

Location to Pisa, airport and Marina. Modern clean apartments, good size room. Great parking. Cleaning staff were lovely. I would stay again despite issues mentioned below.

Air con not working in May and it was very hot in the rooms uncomfortably so at night but a bit noisy to leave window open. Double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so ended up in the crack in middle of night which woke me first night. Lift unfortunately broke while I was there which made it difficult with babies pushchair, particularly when I was solo. Hadn’t realised kitchen was additional charge and not part of room. Had booked the place specifically as said it had a kettle so I could make my babies milk. No kettle just a stove and they didn’t charge me in the end which I was grateful for, but bit random to have on offer then to not be part of room price.

It was our second stay in this hotel. We got the same room. First time we had a complimentary bottle of wine but no breakfast. This time I expected the same but for some reason we had no bottle of wine. We arrived late and didnt plan to go out hoping to had some wine before bed.

There was no wine, but also no glasses, no cups, no kettle. We had breakfast with this booking which I dont recommend at all - this is the most limited and poor breakfast I've seen in entire Italy! The breakfast had no warm pastry, no eggs, no brown bread, no cheese, no ham. Its easier to say what was there: yogurt, white toast bread, butter, cornflakes and 2 types of cake. There was coffee/tea/fresh juice as well.

Could have used a contact number via WhatsApp since we didn't have a local phone. We needed to spray the room for mosquitoes and sent a message via Booking but they respond within 24 hours which is not useful

I was not able to unlock the lock in order to get the key. I called multiple times, texted, no answer. I had to find another hotel and pay again, not to mention how difficult it is to find a taxi at 01:00 a.m. I complained to Booking and the owners declared a no-show without ever apologizing. Really not worth your money!

Great free private parking, quiet, ok breakfast, ability to self-check in after hours (very helpful for us as we had a late flight arrival).

The bathroom could've been cleaner, the shower hose was full of mould. Not the end of the world but it's just one of those small details that could be improved.

It is in a good location, approx 10 mins walk from the centre. Close to train station. Good size for a family of 4.

Not very clean in the bathroom. Living room and bedroom clean. No curtains on the living room (main front door), meaning if the green shutters were opened from outside anyone can see inside room.
