Spa was nice but half the therapies didn't work but pool was lovely. accomodating Staff very helpful and clean hotel. Overall ok for a couple of nights. Nice food but could do with maybe more cooked selection.

Mattress far too firm for my bad back. Outside pool small not like the brochure. Confusing drinks system at the restaurant.

Nice room! The waiting staff was very sweet, felt like "family!"

The water in the pool was too warm and limited chairs were available in the pool area. We had to wait for availability.

-huge room (junior suite), modern, clean -very comfortable beds and pillows -quiet location -various breakfast options, incl freshly made egg-dishes and pancakes

-sewage smell in the room -bathroom quite “scarce” - no paper handkerchiefs, no soap at the bidet or bathtub (only by the shower and sink) -plates at the breakfast quite dirty - we had to search for a clean one (and that was the case every day, so not an exception) -we had to pay 9eur if we wanted to go to the hotel spa and 10eur “guarantee” for the pool towels -the hotel is not “at the beachfront”. it is very close to the port, but has nothing to do with a beachfront hotel

The location is correct, but not more. About 10 minutes walk from the port, about 25-30 minutes walk from the cathedral.

/// The room Basic and neutral place, without any decoration. Small balcony with view on ugly buildings and very far in the background, the port (we had paid extra for the view, which was very embellished on the pictures, like the room by the way). The room is badly soundproofed, we can hear the neighbors, the elevator, and the racket of the cleaning ladies at 8 am. In the room, everything has been removed, there is absolutely nothing, except a bottle of water and two glasses. No extra blanket, no coffee pot, no tea pot, even less tea pods or bags, just a small, tired and empty fridge. The TV, rather small, has no streaming functionality, just basic channels, in English or German. The first night we were very cold, the heating seemed not to work: the next day after making a complaint, the reception will tell us that it's normal, that they took the decision to cut the heating for the whole hotel (!), and will bring us up a small blanket. The wifi of the hotel is free but anemic, with at most 6-700ko/sec measured in our room. /// The bathroom It is empty of all accessories and basic care products, except for the shower gel and hand wash tanks screwed to the wall (no soap, no cup, no shower cap, no bathrobe, not even a brush for the toilet...). A small card indicates "for individual care products, contact the reception" which we did, and a person came... to replace one of the shower gels screwed to the wall! /// The pool First of all, it should be noted that if the hotel announces "indoor and outdoor pools", the indoor pool (the only one usable at this time of the year) is only accessible through the spa, which is paying and limited!

The staff was really helpful. They let us check in early which was a life saver since I was suffering from an excruciating back pain. The room itself is very small, but we knew it prior to booking. The bed sheets are the best I ever slept on. Soft and you just feel like laying on a cloud. Breakfast was very nice, too. Spa was good, especially the jacuzzi.

The only two things we didn’t like was the total lack of amenities in the room (like a kettle, which usually can be found in 95% of hotels), bath robes, sleepers and such, also it was really difficult to squeeze out the shampoos and soap from the bottles provided in the room. But these are just some minor things, I guess.

we were there for 4 days and everything was fine. Breakfast was really delicious. Every day someone cleaned our room and that was perfect.people who are working there are really polite and kind . All in all everything was great 😊 happy to stayed there.

There was a smell from spa in the room, so we changed a room after first night. Then it was OK. Parking at the street was a bit of issue.

Room facilities - no minibar or coffee-making facilities. And spa & pool facilities were not open.

We really liked the location and the chef in the kitchen was very friendly. We also enjoyed all the fresh fruit for breakfast.

We didn’t like that room service wasn’t available all day. We have a 7 month baby who needs food around 17:00pm but you couldn’t order any food before 19:30. Very disappointing.

We lived in the junior suite for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The room was amazing, staff was amazing, breakfast was amazing, beds were great. The view, even if not towards the sea, was also great. Breakfast had everything we needed, and the chef was lovely and made all eggs fresh by request. Amazing

Sadly, the wifi didn’t work at all for us in the room for the duration of the stay, but worked down in the lobby. This was a bummer, but I am sure this was only a one-off incident. It really didn’t matter for us, however, so we didn’t bother complaining as we both have «unlimited» data. Spa was a bit lackluster, but the massages we bought there were exquisite.

Staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb.

The room was like a sauna and whatever we did we could not get it cool enough to sleep properly. A very bad nights sleep. There were no robes or anything to use the spa with. For this sort of money at a 'spa' resort I expected better, Te room was adequate at best but there were no usb charging points. Again, for this sort of price I would have expected these in a room.
