The whole experience at Icon Valparaiso was outstanding. The staff were friendly and professional, the view from the room and terrace was breathtaking, breakfast and especially coffee was of the highest quality. Will certainly come back.

The suite was an excellent size, great decor, food was great, staff were excellent.

some of the furniture in the communal areas just need replacing. The hotel is lovely and needs to continue to be looked after.

the location is excellent if you just want to relax and soak up the sun.

The refreshments and food on sight seems slightly expensive and you are quite isolated in terms of convenient stores and other restaurants.

Great hotel thanks to tastefull equipment in the room and as well as at the pool. Never experienced before such a nice and careful personell. Amazing pleasant people. During the breakfast you will get fresh fruits, juices and other delicates like iberian jamon. I did not miss anything. The dinners are served with respect to local sources and I enjoyed every plate. I have to highlight also great mint home made limonade, when the weather is hot, you can hardly get something more cool while watching directly from the terrace to crystal clear sea. I loved it! I am experienced traveller, being a guess every month in different hotels worldwide. This is top.

The location was stunning. very quiet little area with not much open around it but there was plenty of relaxing to do at the hotel which we loved. Big thank you to Sebastian, Adrien & Guillen. Their service was incredible. We absolutely loved it!

There wasn’t much around unless you have a car

Beautifully located and very stylishly decorated hotel. The staff was very attemtive, friendly and helpful at all times. Two people from our party have had birthdays and we were gifted a complimentary bottle od prosecco.

It has nothing to do with the hotel itself but the area was very quiet due to off-season time and there were limited options for dining outside, but the hotel restaurant was very good with delicious food

We loved the view and sunrises, view from sunbeds, silent corners behind the bushes, kind personnel, the interior design, adults only, and most of all - the breakfast!

The doors of the rooms were not soundproof so we woke up each day at the voices and noises made by cleaning ladies.

Noise. A lot of it. Room doors had no soundproofing at all. Dirt. Floors were sandy when we arrived. Ashtray full of sigarettes on the balcony. Very tiny room. No handle on sliding bathroom door, so impossible to open from inside after shower. Nowhere to hang the hand-shower. Uncomfortable to have a shower. Overpriced.

Great breakfast, many tasty and fresh dishes, onderful pa amb oli, cava available :) Very friendly and welcoming staff, it's worth to reward them with some tip :) Great pool and terraces with wonderful view to chill during the day and have a wonderful dinner and drinks. Room cleaned perfectly every day. Restaurant serves great dishes for diner as well as during the whole day. Beautiful and very clean beach few steps from the hotel. To sum up - perfect place to chill and try great food and drinks and to have some trips (rather using a car)

Our room could use some minor renovation - few things were a little worn up throught the years.

The pool was slightly smaller than I thought, however it was still a nice pool.

Just a wonderful stay. Perfect location above Cale Domingos! The view was stunning right from the hotel, just jaw-dropping. Staff was incredible, cannot say enough about them. The hotel is sublime. It's far enough from the 'party' hotel to be relaxing, but close enough that you can walk over and disco the night away. Note: If you have a late flight, you can swim, hang out at the pool, whatever, they have a shower to use before you head to the airport.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The photos are deceiving on the website. we had booked a junior suite room which on the website had a private balcony with sun loungers. We were put in a. room right next to the reception so it was quite noisy and the room didn’t look like the pictures and we didn’t have a sea view from the patio which was not very private. We were able to move after one night but we had paid extra for that room so it was disappointing on for our first night.

We loved the hotel and all the staff, Rocio really stood out with her immense kindness and helpfulness. We really appreciated everyone who looked after us, unfortunately I'm terrible with names, we stayed for our minimoon and had the best time, our room was overlooking the sea and it was so peaceful, the beach was a 2 min walk.

Not that we didn't like it, as we did enjoy our breakfasts, but it would've been nice to have a bit more choice. We only realised by the end of our stay that we could've ordered different types of eggs. It is a 25€ taxi ride on way to a nice area for dinner.

The hotel was super cute and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or accommodating when we had a personal issue come up. The pool area was adorable and the beach was just a short walk away.

The weather and air quality in Mallorca were terrible when we were there, which really put a damper on our stay. Totally out of control of the Icon, but worth noting.

Everything - especially the location near the beach, breakfast, and evening drinks at the bar before dinner were amazing.

The hotel is very nice, the view as well. Pool was perfect and the vibes was here. Breakfast was nice.

The gym could have a bit more equipment.
