Bikes need air in the tires which was impossible to do ourselves.

Staff were very helpful 10/10. We stayed for 3 days/nights for my wife's birthday and they came out with a cup-cake and candle with breakfast. Very thoughtful. Room was great and luxurious Air Con was a god-send as temperatures were 33-36 degrees Views were great. Great view of the night sky being in the countryside. Private-Pool/Jacuzzi was a highlight but not heated as I was told (couldn't really use it at night)

Rust everywhere (outside). If it was metal, it was rusty and flaking on to the floor. Especially next to the private pool. Not good at all. Ants in the kitchen and pool area. Had to use bug spray daily. Regardless of being in the countryside, not really a feature expected for a luxury premises while staying in their "best room" (ants in the room). Outdoor light was rusted and not working. Handy-man re-wired but took some time which didn't exactly add to a relaxing atmosphere next to the pool. We stayed in the middle villa (three in total) and were told that no-one could view inside the room from other areas of the resort. This privacy issue was a concern for my wife as 50% of the walls were glass. This was not 100% accurate as guests from the first villa could see inside the bathroom and guests from the third villa could see areas of the private pool. Communal pool area was neglected. Several decking boards raised and separated, tripping hazard. The local taxis took approximately 25-35 minutes to arrive and then charged two surcharges each trip. A 10-15 minute drive to the coast would cost 25-30 euros each way. Something to bear in mind incase you were planning to rely on taxis rather than rent a car... This is no fault of the resort, I am only including it for information purposes for other potential travelers to be aware.

Amazing pool and spa with grate views. Hotel was full but it seamed we were alone. Grate staff and service.

Breackfast outside was complicated some times because of bees.

Fair, basic

No Spa or pool. No bar. Nothing to do except go a fair distance to by our own food to bring back to cook or eat out. We paid full price for a Spa hotel but were not informed that there were no spa or pool facilities when we booked. Very disappointed.

The view is incredible. The peace and quiet is perfect. All you hear is the gentle sounds of nature. The infinity pool is perfect and a lovely breakfast every day with good choice to last a whole week

This is not a big deal at all - but the big pool was very cold. But wouldn’t want energy wasted on heating it - suspect it was just because of the early season so the sun was still light. Also would highly recommend some improved arrangements for dinner delivery or dining. The drive or taxi every evening could be a little annoying to some

The hotel is very nice in a perfect location if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The breakfast was very tasty - we could choose from some menus - all of them great. The staff is really helpful, although sometimes some basic Spanish language skills may improve the communication. Swimming pool exceptional!

The room was very cosy but the furniture is very simple and requires some minor improvements. The kitchenette very small but well equipped. The room was clean expect for a few stains just behind the bed - not so nice...
