Great location. The house is amazing, lots of space for large family or two families meeting up. Great swimming pool to enjoy afternoons! The communication with the host was great too. Very welcoming. Very close to shops and town centre. Main road to beach also close. Great for families! Train station within walking distance. Everything was in walking distance, great with small children.

The house is located close by the good restaurants in Artá. It has all the comfort for a stay away from home. Anytime I would refer or book again.

Our host, Pep, contacted us before our stay, so that we were confident in finding the property: indeed, he even came to meet us and gave us a tremendous welcome. He is a lovely, friendly host who is genuinely concerned for the comfort of his guests. The house far exceeded our expectations: the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, all with en-suite bathrooms. We named the top-floor bedroom the “honeymoon suite”, with its huge bed and wonderful terrace overlooking the town. (A family could happily sleep the parents on this top floor and let the kids sleep downstairs - perfect peace!) As we were staying in January, we weren’t brave enough to use the house’s swimming pool located in the spacious patio, but it must be fantastic in the warm months! As a group of cyclists, we had plenty of room in the house to store our bikes, but a lock-up garage is also available if you have a small vehicle.(Our minibus was too big, so we parked below the convent round the corner). We’ve stayed in houses as far away as New Zealand, and this is most definitely in the top three - a superb place with a perfect host!
