Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Bar staff are so beyond rude. Strange opening times: Breakfast finishing at 10am in a hotel is way too early. Keep in mind it finishes at 10 on the dot! They even fence it off so you can no longer get to the food! The bar closing at 12am is also too early and you aren't even allowed to sit outside and play cards or anything after that. If you are OK with going to bed early and getting up early on holiday - it's the hotel for you! FYI - if you aren't fully inclusive you need to leave the hotel for lunch as they don't offer any food or snacks at all in the bar.

Room was nice with modern furnishing, good bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Room was cleaned regularly to a good standard. Huge plus for us was a small fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

Breakfast was not always fresh; on some days the bread was obviously leftover from the previous day. Also, the variety of fruit and veg was not great, and the choice of evening meal was usually between fish and one type of meat. We felt like they were trying to save money on food.

Very clean and sea view from our balcony was spectacular. Great lane swimming pool. Food at breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful.

Big hotel with no real atmosphere. Catered for all inclusive guests (we were half board) with lots of plastic glasses around, and the entertainment was too loud and very dated.

We liked everything: great Spa, cozy hotel & very nice staff. We'll come back for sure 🙂

Not far from Beach

I booked half boarrd . And anybody told me that i dont have drink like water or tea included. It first time happen to me. Staff once said is water in , then other said there is not even water . We asked can we take our water they said Yes. Then we took and I heard no we can not. On entrence do restaurant it says no drinks to dinner .. But what about breakfast . ? Why this wasnt there ? Because we can not take even that. No much option for vegetarian, no fresh juice only something like ,,juice"

Very good location, quiet (at least, our room), less than 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants nearby (our favourite being the mexican one both quality and price-wise). The hotel was very clean, our room nicely done each and every day. Personnel was very kind. The breakfast is top quality with huge variety, we loved it.

The AC in the room is not a top quality one, a bit loud and not very effective.

The hotel is at a good location, not too busy, but still right next to shops, restaurants and the beach. The hotel staff was great, everyone very helpful and friendly. The closest beach is very nice, with several spots for snorkeling.

The rooms are very small. Parking is only available on the nearby streets, finding a parking spot during high season is very difficult. Air conditioning is on the lower side.

Super great staff. Made me feel very special despite many guests. Spa was great, pool areas the same. Chilean cook came over to table to receive praise for his fantastic ceviche! Staff could not have been more genuine and caring! I have fond memories of this place. Not last time we go there.

everything. All colleagues work really hard and very friendly. The mini disco and party in the night are really good. Dumi is really a great colleage who always brings happniess to the people. All inclusive 24 hours self service drinks is really good idea, which can satisfy 90% of your requirements about drinking everyday.

Food could be a little better. But in general good already.

The hotel was very nice and very clean, the rooms nice, bright and clean, great service, lovely and helpful staff. Good choice of delicious dishes for meat-eaters and vegans. The hotel is only 3 minutes walk from the beach. I would definitely recommend it! It was wonderful two weeks!

The only disadvantage was the fact that was very hot in the restaurant and the bar area. Air conditioning wasn't working properly there. We would enjoy the food much more if it was a little bit cooler in the restaurant.

The Spa was small . The lunch and dinner need more foods with chicken and meat . Most of the foods was with pork ! After 10 pm the All-Inclusive facilities will become minimum ! I was better if they continue up to 12 .

very friendly staff , very clean hotel.

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was extremely difficult to fall asleep during the night when the room wasn’t cooled properly. language barrier , my kids and I don’t speak or understand Spanish language so it was difficult at times. (English and Denish is our first language)

Nice staff, good hotel. A fine all-inclusive deal. Lots of variety during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice pools and spa. Quite peaceful athmosphere, the pool area wasn't overcrowded.

We had extremely bad luck with leaking air conditioning in 2 different rooms! After continuing problem in our first room, we were moved to an apartment. The air con there started leaking on the second night, couldn't believe it...thankfully that got fixed fast. The staff, especially Rudy at the reception put a lot of effort into sorting the situation. The hotel is in the end of the Can Picafort area, so the nicer beaches are a bit far away.

Amazing dinner!! Breakfast is good but nothing compares with the dinner

Bathroom doesn’t have half of the wall more like a glass wall, and thats not nice or comfortable at all.

Food was good, room was small but cosy. The pool area was great and there was free loungers always. Location was great, near the beach and sea promenade.

Floors of the room felt a little dirty and the beds were not very comfortable.
