Die Gastronomie ist super, Essen und Getränke top.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, nett und schnell. Jeder von der Rezeption bis zur Zimmerdame.
Das Bett für die Kinder war eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Schlafcouch. Aber sonst gibt's nicht zu meckern.

Food in the a la carte restaurant very good, as well as breakfast. Food at the buffet dinner / lunch very average
No toiletries in room at all apart from 2-1 body/hair wash. Also no iron/iron board could be brought to room. Would expect this at a 4* resort

Great hotel, plenty of amenities for the kids, full of swimming pools - never felt crowed while we were there. Staff always really pleasant. Would recommend to anyone with family.

The kids facilities were amazing pool/park/ little rides / footy pitch!
The shows could be better for children with better songs IE baby shark or something but it was still fun. They are on the later side though.
Izzy the Koala bar was a huge hit!

Food in the hotel wasn’t that great but a big selection.
The timings aren’t that great for kids could be worth binging the timings forward an hour or even 30 mins 6pm is a little late for toddlers for an even meal.
Not enough desert options for dairy allergy just mango sorbet or fruit.
Kids pool was cold especially with some of it being covered would be much better if this was heated. We still had a little play in it though and it was fine :)

so handy that there’s a shop on site, the staff that were working in the shop were so friendly. it was my partners birthday while we were there, they dropped a bottle of champagne to the room which was really nice of them.
not great choice of food or drinks. ended up going down town to eat everyday. we went to the bar in the evening for the entertainment that starts at 9, sat down at a table, they have table numbers at each table but there was a child after gathering all the table numbers and putting them at our table. a member of staff came to us to take our order and he gave out about all the numbers being at our table, I told him it was like that when we sat down and he didn’t believe me. he continued to give out and be rude. this particular member of staff had a plaster across his nose.
we had to check out a few days earlier and we informed reception of that. on check out the receptionist was extremely rude, never dealt with this guy before they are usually all chit chat ask how was your stay etc this man just have is the total we owed and that was it, he didn’t have a great manner.
rooms were very loud aswell you can hear a chair move from the rooms around you, ants all over the floors.
outdoor pool was freezing so we went to the indoor pool which was warm, went to the indoor pool the day after and it was freezing.

Breakfast was ok. We didnt eat meat or chicken so there is no alternative like seafoods on offer. Something like fish fingers for breakfast will be nice! It will be perfect if the hotel have a fixed schedule shuttle vans to the beach especially for elderly people and also families with kids.
There we some discrepancies during our booking where the room that we booked through booking.com did not get transmitted properly to the hotel. However, booking.com customer service attended to the issue efficiently and it gets resolved on the second day of our stay.

The hotel and the rooms are quite old.
That's ok but stuff like tv should already be replaced (we had like 10+ years old tv in the room).
Internet was absolutely disappointing. 1-2Mbs in the evening. No way to work or even watch Netflix. Some of my devices couldn't even connect to wifi.
In the bathroom it smells not so nice, like old water outlet.
There should be like a small drier for towels. At this time of year they don't dry out just by hanging them at the balcony and changing is possible every 2nd day.
Water in the pool was surprisingly colder than in the sea.

I have already asked for a 50% refund based on losing 4 days in the 1st week to gastro bug which we picked up from your pool and 2 days in the second week due to HUMAN TURDS in the pools on consecutive days - 3 different incidents on one day. After that, we went to the beach rather than the pool as we were not happy with pool cleanliness. Whi8le staff empathized with us and said it was terrible, Mgmt didn't apologize or offer any compensation. We are furious.

Booking of sun beds by throwing your towel over the sun bed, had to be done very early, I do not subscribe to this practice and often had to sit on the grass, management should do away with this practice.
The kitchenette in the self catering apartment is minimal and do not expect to have a full on meal with the equipment provided.
I had to spend sometime attending to work matters and the wifi connectivity is poor and sporadic.

Room was good but not clean, shower was good, air con was good. Staff were nice. Great Swimming Pool.
Bad location, no sunbeds ever, too expensive, disappointing food. No shade, no toaster or kettle in room, had to ask for these. Long queues for bar in the evening, evening bar had no aircon so had to queue for 20mins in 42 degrees for drinks. Water not available at all times. Kids food very poor. My kids had to live off chips and plain pasta for 10days as nothing else for kids to eat. Small coke at pool bar 4.5 euros. Room not cleaned properly in 10 days. We left half a sausage on the floor and cleaner missed it 4 times. Had to pay for safe, shop onsite quite expensive. Wouldn't return as dont think its worth peoples hard earned money. Had better food and service in hotels half the price.

People come very early to reserve shades and long chairs (more than they need) at the pool but they never show up or they come late, so if you go at 10 am or later to the pools , you will end up seating in the 3rd rows or somewhere far from the pool.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 stars Hotel ( in my opinion should be 3 stars)
Two TVs inside the apartment but the offered channels are not interesting and the selection improved.

There should b at least one area for parents or grown ups to have a relax quiet times, the pool outside block 2 none of the jets work properly buttons broke and kids climbing all over the jet area (not working) I did tell reception but no one came to fix in 5 days was there, lifts were not clean and floor lifted up dangerous?..although rooms are spacious they definitely need attention..settee stained...tiles in shower cracked from top to bottom a child could cut there fingers easily, outside paths could be mopped more

Staff were very friendly . We arrived late in the evening and staff helped us quickly check in. We decided the next day to upgrade our room and to upgrade from bed and breakfast to half board. We were also able to rent a kids buggy which was brilliant.
Maybe pool towels left in rooms for guests and the shop could be opened for few hours on a Sunday!

Everything was great about the hotel especially the facilities for kids, we have a 2 and 5 year old and there was always something for them to do
The car hire company booked through Booking.com was a disgrace. We arrived at 11pm on April 18 with 2 tired screaming children, to be told the hire car was gone. We were given three possible phone numbers to call in our hour of need, one a UK number for "OK rent a car Spain", one a Spanish number for "Ok Rent a car Spain" and one a number for "OKMobility Spain", all part of the OK Group. Of course, there was no reply from any of the numbers and we were left with no option but to hire a car with the same company for the same period.
We are back from holidays a week now and I have been charged the full amount, 456, by OKMobility/Booking.com car hire/Rental Car/OK group/Ok rent a car/OKMobility. I mention them all but I am assuming that OKMobility via Ok rent a car/OK Group are the ones taking the bulk of the payment as they are the ones selling the actual service although I am not sure as it's like a myriad of shell companies in the Cayman islands.
On Aprill 20 of the holiday I was effectively told by the Booking.com customer rep Liz that they could possibly refund my insurance, €67, but tough luck with the €389 although she did agree it was very unfair that I was effectively paying the same hire car company twice for the same period. I am a regular of Booking.com, Genius Level 3 no less but the car hire service has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I will no longer be using Booking.com for any services
I am mostly annoyed that Booking.com car Hire associates itself with such a shady company with no customer service or redress that is running a deliberate scam through a technical hitch

The food was incredible value, 22 Euros each for unlimited buffet, incluuding beer and wine. Kids ate free so really felt we were being spoiled.
The pools are great but we went early in the season so they were cold as they're not heated, just one to keep in mind although the kids don't mind much.
The staff although very friendly can be slow at the bars, was usually a queue for a drink. Could easily double their sales value if they had more staff on but equally this could be because it was early in the season again.

Breakfast not included. Hotel a short walk to a beautiful beach and great restaurants. Still many restaurants still closed. Pools were too cold for us to swim in, but the heated pool in the spa was accessible for my children so they were very happy. The hotel felt very safe and staff were great!
The floor of the room on arrival didn't feel clean at all. It was a cold weekend and the heating didn't work. On the second day the water was also not working for an hour or so, therefore we were unable to have showers, make coffee etc. Also they give you washing up liquid and a tea towel but no sponge. Otherwise everything was very clean.

Stunning 4* Resort. Beautiful grounds & was really peaceful & quiet during Oct half term. We had a Premium one bed apartment, which was huge & stayed SC, but there were other room options available (apartments with gardens, swim up apartments & apartments with roof terrace & hot tub). The beds were comfortable & massive. Bathroom had a separate bath & shower. Kitchen area was small but functional with microwave, kettle & coffee machine.
The evening entertainment was a bit lacking, which was a shame. Indoor pool & jacuzzi was freezing (as was the outdoor, but you expect that in October).
