Nice quiet resort, close enough to the beach, very good value for money. The food was ok, especially the grill. it would be nice to have dinner until later than 20:30.

The gym. That’s a joke, it should not be called a gym. a fee useless old machines, no AC, it should be closed today.

Me and my boyfriend really liked the place. It was very clean and the breakfast was very good! The air conditioning was working great and the room was cozy!

The swimming pool was great, never had a problem getting a sun bed and was so lovely and peaceful being an adults only hotel.

The air conditioning in our room was non existent, we complained but were told the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t be moved. We asked for a fan but were told that this was impossible!! Food in restaurant also not brilliant, we ate out a few times rather than have evening buffet.

The breakfast buffet was good. Ten minute walk to beach promenade. Big bathroom. Next door to a mercadona.

Air-condition didn't work very well so sleeping was quite sweaty. Asked for a fan and they said they would find one but didn't. The balcony door closed but didn't "lock" properly, meaning it could easily be forced open. Elevators need an update. Sometimes I could press the button several times and it malfunctioned and reset instead ov moving. .Water overflowed through the bathroom into the room every time I showered. An easy fix but they solved it by giving me a load of towels to bar the water instead. One afternoon I went to get towels for the pool. I'd been on the beach and walked in town and I had swollen feet (pregnant). Rude staffmember refused them because I didn't have €10 collateral. I offered my passport or drivers license but that wasn't good enough.

The breakfast was good and the pool area was nice and very calm.

The walls were paper thin, so you heard everything, the elevator, other guests, cleaning staff in the mornings etc. we had to switch room just to be able to sleep. Some of the staff in the reception was not very helpful and gave us different information depending on who we asked. We felt like the service level should’ve been higher for a 4-star hotel.

Loved the pool (ample loungers available) that all balconies were pool facing. loved the champagne on arrival. the rooms were a great size. some comments have said that there was a lack of shampoo etc available in the rooms - we found there was plenty. excellent value for money. the pictures/reviews of this place don’t do it justice - it was a lovely place to stay. thought it would be “tacky” but not at all. balcony amazing

the nicer beach (playa de muro) was probably 20 min walk away - however you could go to a closer beach if you liked (playa de can Picafort was only 5 min walk).

location is great it’s a fairly modern hotel in style and presentation no children

The breakfast was amazing. The facilities provided by the hotel was up to the standard. We had a nice stay in the hotel.

Due to open shower area and lack of proper drainage, the bathroom floor gets very wet. The balcony was little dirty.

The receptionisr ladie is definitely one of the most lovely/valuable person who I met over my holidays. The hotel must be grearful for her services. She's doing her job professionally,she's giving you the attention the respect and helps you how she can and she is sharing the happiness with you,what's a private choice, it's not part of the job, there is a big difference between being behaved/polite and to love the people. It's a good example in these days. The place is nice, clean, quiet, confi, peaceful. And the best bed what I ever had 🛏️😴😴 🧘‍♂️
