Excellant location right on the beach, have stayed previously and the location is the main reason I re-booked. Pedro at check in was extremly courteus, welcome drink also. Good varierty and choice for breakfast.

We had the option of breakfast and dinner included, and what a good choice that was! The quality and quantity of the food is very good. Besides that, the kindness of the employees stands out, thank you Mr Pepe and Mr André at the restaurant, among all the others, for being so kind and professional! The air conditioner in the room worked great and it was a delight coming to the hotel after a hot day outside. Otherwise, we also enjoyed the small gym, it is a really nice touch. The location is great (just in front of the beach), the pool is great... What a beautiful hotel, thank you for having us !

The room facilities are not top class, as exemplified by the door, which stucks a little and doesn't really block the noise from the corridor. It can get a little crowded in breakfast in the morning, so try going in early. These are the only reasons why the hotel doesn't get a 10/10. :)

great location at the sea side with the outside pool (you have to cross the street to reach it). good breakfasts but lil boring after several days. there is no private parking but we parked easily on the streets close by.

outdated building, furnitures remember the last century. cleaned every day but the floors are not washed. wifi is slow and did not work in the room. noisy - bad insulation between rooms, delivery cars arriving in early hours. charged 12euros for renting an old rusty cattle (for preparation of baby food), cheaper to buy new one in the store nearby

Friendly, helpful staff, good food & facilities, great location on the seafront. Good sized rooms with some great views. Nice touches like individual mini-dishes of Marmalade for the toast & a bin for teabags, sugar sachets etc which is a simple thing which other hotels for some reason don't have.

Until recently there were jugs of fresh fruit juice at breakfast, which were very welcome as the drinks machine has dilute squash. The aircon could be better & most of the English TV channels listed didn't work. However these were (mostly) minor things which didn't stop me returning for my 5th stay 😀

We had a wonderful room with a great view. The Kaffee and Kuchen was yummy.

Lovely hotel! They upgraded my room for a very small fee, as the wifi isn't as strong on higher floors. I got a large double with balcony overlooking the beach & sea. All the rooms are comfortable, well-equipped with side sea view, fridge & good shower room. Staff are very friendly & helpful, breakfast & dinner extremely good. Food is all very good quality with plenty of choice. (Do try the Chef's 'taste of Spain' bar). The hotel is on the promenade, directly overlooking the beach. For the best beaches with dunes & soft golden sand, just walk 15 mins either way along the prom.

Staff was very nice and friendly, always smilling. 😊 food was perfect. Every day different meal, lot’s of tasty deserts, starters and main foods. Sea is very near ( 50 metres). Next to the hotel is shopping street and bars with tasty coctails.

A waiter charged me for 2 wines when i had 1 Another waiter gave me change for a 5 note but i gave him a 10 note. Both errors were corrected The wifi was good downstairs but weak in the room

Great hotel with lots of facilities and amazing staff. The location is perfect, right at the beachfront. There is also a direct bus that goes from Can Picafort to Palma or Palma airport. We’re happy we booked this hotel and we wish we could stay a bit longer. :)Thanks!

It is great location just in front of the beach, nice staff, very good price and big enough room with very nice terrace with side look to the sea. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend the hotel for everyone.

The staff on my arrival did not recognise my name and I spent long time than expected in the reception. Also the wifi inside the room was bad, I had to go to the terrace every time I used the internet.

Loved literally everything about this hotel! Attentive, friendly staff,hotel location, hotel facilities, great breakfast 👌 Hotel is clean, well kept ,close to the public transport, many supermarkets, right on the lovely promenade. Beach on the doorstep, however I personally found Son Baulo beach ⛱ the best one 😎 Loved staying in JS Miramar, I will recommend hotel to anyone and definitely will be back there again .

It was in a good location, right on the beach, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel had a gym, it was small, but had the basic equipment for a decent workout.

I did the half board option, breakfast was actually decent, but the food at dinner was poor, I tried it once, and never returned. I was also charged for soft drinks at dinner which really should have been included with the meal. Staff were hit and miss, some very friendly, some not so friendly. The bathrooms had baths and no showers, which was odd for a hotel that was promoting “save our planet”. The WiFi is awful, and didn’t work for most of my stay. Overall it is passable, but wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is excellent, near to the beach and shopping, the view from my room was perfect. I would like say many thanks to all personal - everybody was very nice and helpful, special thanks to Paco and Gina from restaurant.

Unfortunately it is allowed to smoke on balconies and in the restaurant outside and I think that for non smokers that it was unnecessary to breathe smoke in the room and at meals. The wifi in the room was poorly sometimes.

The check-in was simple and quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The welcome drink was nice. The views from the bar area and the room were beautiful. All areas were clean and the food was very tasty. My room was cleaned daily and at times suitable to me.

I understand that there were worries around COVID but I wasn't happy having my temperature taken before each meal and not being able to serve myself at meal times. The furniture in the room was quite old and 'tired'.

The hotel is located right on the beach and every room has a sea view. The food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing, every day plenty of new varieties, and always fresh, plenty of fruits, deserts, fish and meat to choose from. The hotel respects all the rules regarding the pandemic (temperature measuring, space between the tables, staff and guests have to wear masks, disinfecting surfaces). Parking was easy to find (street parking), 2-3 min walking distance from the hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Even after checking out of the hotel on the last day, the receptionist was super nice and let us come back to the hotel, use the showers and towels.
