Só tem um elevador e o hotel estava cheio... A piscina muito pequena e não tinha mesa nem cadeira para os hóspedes....

The hotel was in a decent location. For the most part, it was fairly clean and organized. The staff was friendly and the valet was fast. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the beds were comfortable.
There was no parking anywhere other than the valet parking, which cost 25R per day. The breakfast was very plain, not what I would expect in brazil. The bathrooms at the restaurant was out of toilet paper one of the days we were there and both days there was no paper towel to dry your hands. The hotel was doing renovations, so the pool was closed.

The location is perfect, near the beach and the mall.
The apartment has a good shape and it is well divided.

It’s very central and there are many restaurants around, shopping and supermarkets.
The restaurant served an old fruit salad, we complained then they came up with another worse than the first one. At least they didn’t charge us.
The room has a stove but not pans ... strange enough.

booked a luxury suite, surprisingly, no chairs for kitchen table , no coffee table ,coffee maker cups etc , kitchen cupboards were bare with no utensils , plates, glasses etc . Very unusual.

The room was almost all clean , except for the bathroom.
The price is fair enough comparing the room space.
The staff was not attentive enough , i had problems to park my car because the night shift valet was watching a soccer game and took almost 30 minutes to park the car. I only received attention when mentioned 2 times at the valet and 2 times in the reception which got my wife angry.
When i got to my room i notice the bathroom had a good amount of hair on the floor which i had to clean up myself.
