Hotel com infraestrutura completa. Cafe da manha completo.
Falta de informação sobre a localização do estacionamento, deveria ser informado o endereço nos dados da reserva em vez de precisar chegar no hotel e descobrir que o estacionamento não é ali e sim na rua de trás (mas tem acesso direto ao hotel)
Coberta oferecida não passa uma impressão de limpa (visualmente)
Pessoa responsável pela reposição do frigobar bate muito forte na porta e nos acordou, deveria ser feito de forma mais sutil.

De ter que atravessar o hotel inteiro pra fazer o check in e check out. Fiquei na torre oposta ao da recepção. Esperei muito pra pegar meu carro, poderia ter alguém dentro do hotel com um walkie-talkie organizando a saída, e pedir pro hóspede descer quando chegar o carro.

Achei o quarto família apertado, camas velhas, cortinas sujas, limpeza em geral muito a desejar, chuveiro desregulado.
Além disso, serviço e atendimento muito ruim, elevador de acesso à rua não fica aberto, não tem mensageiro para ajudar com as malas, Buffet de almoço com poucas opções, copa infantil fica longe dos quartos. Muito ruim para quem possui bebês.

Hotel restaurant is limited buffet. WIFI was on and off. Bathroom needs some maintenance. A lot of homeless people sleeping very near hotel.

I already stayed at this property, several years ago, however, it was another carrier brand the ran the hotel. My wife and me were very disappointed to have our privacy broken by a worker from the hotel showing at our room window very early in the morning . nobody said noting about when we checked in. besides for two days our room was not clean, even we called front desk several times asking for .
we had no privacy in our room , people hanged outside the window showed up in the morning , and we stayed at the 4th floor.

The restaurant was lovely, organized, and clean. The size and aspects of the room were comfortable. The event rooms have good space. The hotel is close to the beach.
Breakfast was improvised in a different room with few options. No options for lactose intolerant or vegetarians. The parking lot is terrible, and there's no way around it.

My requested joined double rooms weren't considered by the room's distribution, as confirmed, but the receptionist managed quickly to rearrange it!
