El desayuno bueno

1.- El departamento no lleva el mobiliario que ofrecen en las fotos. 2.- El valor del departamento está mayormente en la vista al mar, según las fotos del sitio tendríamos vista al mar por encima de edificios, pero nos asignaron un departamento de pisos mas abajo donde la vista al mar era bloqueada por dichos edificios. NO ME DIERON EL DEPARTAMENTO QUE OFRECIERON Y ESCOGÍ EN BOOKING. DECEPCIONANTE

Very friendly staff, on both days there was someone able to speak English. They suggested routes to walk and what parts to avoid and overall it was a great short stay.

Great stay. Wish we had more than one night. Santos is great.

Most of the staff speak only Portuguese. Pool is small, only for kids. Everything else is okay.

I arrived a day before the date I booked so I had to wait for 20mins for the room to be put in order. I did not want to write a review,due to the unjust charge of 273 reais on my credit card I have decided to say a few words.. Will I want to go back there? NEVER. Will I recommend someone to go there Never. Secondly, if you know you will give client's a lengthy contract to sign which is all in Portuguese do them a favour by giving them ahead of time not when I had call in an Uber 3mins to check out am slammed with a 2-4 page contract to sign. I have never had such an experience with hotels since I started travelling. 😒

The AC wasn't working. Part of the wall was moulded and a chair was used to cover it up. The towels where old. The room I choose had a hot top but the room I was offered never had a hot top

From the moment of check-in, to the moment we left, everyone was wonderful. We had a few "bumps" with the hottub and safe not working in our room, but the manager quickly moved us to a new room where everything was in working order. We especially loved the morning buffet breakfast! All and all, this is a wonderful place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The Location was convenient for this use. It was offered the possibilty of an electronic checkin, within 24 hours of my actual checkin, wich was nice, so all boring paperwork was ready upon my arrival. There was actual cable tv available with a fair good variety of channels. Full fridge in the kitchen, along with microwave and 2 electrical burners stove, did not see pots or pans, but there were dishes available and a good size round table and chair for 4 people. Also had a washer/dryer out in the balcony, which is pretty good and roomy.

Well, it still uses real keys to access the rooms, no cards, nor codes, nothing fancy... very 18 hundreds... the sofa bed is a joke. My 9 year old daughter said she could feel the metal under the bed sheet... 2 piece bathroom, with a sink outside the bathroom is ok. Toilet seat for sure needs an intervention being made of wood. UPGRADE ME PLEASE!! There are newer, more durable and more hygienic appropriate. In the shower, the soap and shampoo holder is wobbly, not sturdy enough to hold a full bottle of shampoo and conditioner together. Over used/washed towels felt like sandpaper on your skin. Amenities for one person. Booked for 3. Would it hurt? or to even ask if more would be needed...
