Lots of lovely unexpected extra touches like tea and cake on arrival and fresh milk in the room Breakfasts were delicious and a huge choice

We were welcomed with tea and cake and the hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable warm and quiet.

Nothing was wrong with this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, the portions were huge and everything cooked to perfection, the sausages were so good that i bought some from their supplier to bring home.

would of liked a towel bath mat to step onto as you came out of the shower cubical, not a big issue as we had enough towels supplied to use a hand towel.

We stayed at the hotel for weekend in January. We have been pleasantly surprised by big room and kind size bed, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very accommodating and friendly. Overall very happy with our stay.

The host's where brilliant they could not do enough for you from checking in and checking out. We was offered a breakfast or tea on arrival which was a nice touch, the room was lovely with plenty of milk tea and coffee plus drinking chocolate. The bed was really comfy which gave us a brill night sleep and you could not fault the bathroom. Great choice at breakfast which was served fresh and hot we will be staying again.

Jenette and Ian are great hosts and make you very welcome , breakfast bacon ,sausage ,eggs black pudding are from local butchers (very good ) plus nice range cereal and fresh fruits . The bedroom have every thing you need plus more it was very clean nice comfy bed and fresh bedding .

Breakfast was really good. A large menu choice, everything beautifully cooked, excellent napery, very pleasant breakfast room. Our room was spacious and sunny. We were given a good range of teas and coffee in the room, plus treats that were different each day. The property is only a ten minute walk from the beach, bus stops and town. It was perfect for us.

Absolutely nothing

I liked everything! Compared with other guest houses in the city, Glendower was/is the perfect option! The guest house is clean, quiet, the room is very big,the mattress is perfect, the bathroom very clean, excellent host, great breakfast. When I arrived, it was cold, rainy and windy outside, I had few clothes and it was possible to open the heat and it was perfect! The owners are very nice, very responsive to your needs and very good listeners! I truly recommend this guest house !

Everything is perfect! If its possible to have a transformer or adaptor in the room for telephone charger for the tourists!

Fantastic customer service, amazing accommodation and well located with parking. I got a last minute booking and the hosts couldn't of been any more accommodating or kinder as they went above and beyond to make my stay very memorable! The breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and warm and inviting. Any decision to stay here would be a good one, I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a fab experience and comfortable stay.

The service from start to finish was really good. The emails sent out before arrival were informative from where to eat, to the surrounding beaches - a really nice touch. The tea & cake on arrival was very well received after a long drive. Breakfasts are great with plenty of choice and daily specials. The rooms are spotlessly clean, proper sized fluffy towels and nice toiletries used which makes all the difference.

Not necessarily a 'dislike' but the temperature in the building is so very hot in places. I know its hard to please everyone but it did feel quite tropical at times..

The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and high quality ingredients! Location was spot on,leave the car parked at the side of the b&b and walk into the town or to the seafront. Also the breakfast room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
