Bit disappointed in the hotel as supposed to be special 😕 had always wanted to try it!!
Although room was spacious clean etc and views nice felt that building was just like a block of flats doors echoed etc ..ie like a cheaper ski resort!
Main building quite nicely decorated though..
Breakfasts disappointing.
Especially evening meal in Dining room for price!
Bar meal very good smiley bar staff and fair price.
Most staff though two serious ..felt u were at a boarding school!! Or doing you a favour.
Though...two younger lads very good and decent helped with luggage etc. Made a difference.

Amazing hotel that we've stayed at before, absolutely unbeatable views from the very pleasant upgraded room we received upon checking in. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
It's a great base to explore up into the malvern hills and surrounding area.
We will definitely be back.

Considering the price of the room and the luxury vibe , the coffee in the room was poor. Sachets of instant was what you expect in a chain hotel.. Where's the nice coffee brew bags to finish off the luxury vibe. Also the car park was dodgy with potholes, gravel and a huge ledge drop off the tarmac onto the gravel parking.. No good for low cars.

The position was superb and the breakfast and evening meals were delicious.
we arrived early and wanted a light lunch at the bar but were told that the kitchen was too busy to provide anything. I understand that it was Sunday lunch time and we would have been happy with cheese and biscuits, it just did not make us feel very welcome. We went without lunch that day.

Location was amazing. Breakfast was one of the best we have had.
Milk etc in fridge and the bathroom was lovely.
No dressing gown, one set towels, in the coach house the noise above when people walk was loud.

the room was cold with no sign of any heating to physically put on, no full length mirror or dressing table and couldn’t see myself to dry hair!

Exceptional dinner with the tasting menu, wine listing is top. The views are so relaxing, all staff were perfectly helpful and kind. Outdoor terrace is perfect for a chill lunch or coffee.
We didn't have the view from room but didn't spécifie a viewed room neither.
Big bed squeaked to much. Thought it was my grandma bed.
