El hotel por fuera le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero adentro esta muy bien, la habitación es pequeña, pero comparada con otras en Londres tiene buen tamaño esta muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para que uno se pueda quedar varios días, muy limpio, nos tocó una habitación recién renovada y llegamos más temprano de la hora de check in y nos la entregaron antes sin costo adicional, fueron muy considerados, esta muy cerca de una parada de bus y a distancia caminable de alrededor de 10 minutos a la estación de metro de baker street, realmente es un buen hotel.

Room 504 dated in need of updating and redecorating, bathroom very small and the shower screen was missing a seal so water soaked the bathroom floor

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent parking available with lots of spaces.

I booked a 'Pet Friendly' hotel but this is far from it. They have a dog policy on their website which states that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar area and they are not allowed to stay in your room alone. However, they failed to state that, therefore you cannot eat or drink anywhere in this hotel if you travel with your dog and you are forced to eat breakfast in your room, for which you are charged a fee for doing so as it's classed as room service. Luckily, I ended up not paying the fee after I made a complaint. Most pet friendly hotels have a separate dining/bar area for you to eat with your pet if they are not allowed to be left alone in your room. There was nothing at this hotel, which was hugely disappointing. Luckily we found a very welcoming Pet Friendly French restaurant after a short walk through St John’s Wood Park. This is not a pet friendly hotel, despite there being a lovely dog bed and bag of treats waiting in our room for our dog. This is a ‘pets are tolerated’ hotel. Pet owners, avoid at all costs.

Our room was massive way bigger than expected, very comfortable beds photos online don't do the hotel justice, its beautifully decorated. Our breakfast was great loads of choice and a beautiful view to enjoy it.

How hot the room was even after I contacted reception to lower it. Bathroom small in comparison to the room and a bit rough around the edges.

The Hotel chose to upgrade our room for free. The safe in the room was handy and easy to operate. We had a fridge and cofee maker in the room which was nice.

Everything was fine.
