Room was spacious and comfortable
Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned properly, there were open packets of crisps under the bed. My daughters found when playing on the floor.
Also a baby blacket was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door.
Although the room looked clean it made it feel unclean as obviously hadn't been checked properly.
When reporting to recption the staff member just said thank you... thought this was an odd response 🤔 😅
The kid loved the , but definitely didn't feel very clean.
Breakfast was really good

Rooms a lot comfier than expected. Ac in our double bedroom was a godsend.

Close to conference venue, space to work and good Wifi. Breakfast is great.
Heating in the room and bathroom was turned up high and it was difficult to know how to adjust the controls.

Overall, very pleasant stay. From reception to restaurant to cleaners, staff are really kind, helpful and always smiling. Food is also great.

liked everything... the staff, the accomodation, the hotel and my room was warm . an exceptional experience . was happy to find cranfield and will absolutely return. wouldn't hestitate to recommend.

the room was very hot. the air conditioning was so loud you couldn’t leave it on when trying to sleep. the bed was very uncomfortable.

Good breakfast, tea, coffee and biscuits provided in room, swimming pool.
Menu choices for evening meal were limited and too fussy for children. A children's menu or simpler meal choice would have been useful.

We wanted somewhere to stay out of London on our route back North. This suited our remit very well. We arrived around 11pm and staff were on hand immediately. Very good value for the price.
Because we arrived in the dark, locating the building was a bit difficult but that's down to sat nav and us finding our way.
