The pool with the slides wasnt heated

We went on vaction to Jaz Mirabel Park hotel in the last week of January, and booked two rooms (5353 and 5355) for me, my wife, and our three children. The hotel is one of three hotels that compose the Jaz Mirable resort. The resort was excellent in all aspects. The rooms were clean and spacious and had a nice, spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pools. It extends on large land area with many facilities including restaurants and bars, water park, heated swimming pools, a private beach, kids club, gym, and many other facilities. The beach is nice and clean and has a jetty for snorkeling and diving. There were wonderful and varied daily parties after dinner and sometimes after lunchtime on the beach. The restaurant was clean and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating areas. The food was great with plenty of western and eastern dishes that varies every day. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the service was fast. The restaurant and the bars were providing nice soft drinks all the day. All of that was served with wide smiles. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would like to thank all the staff, including the reception staff (Abdullah El-Sherbiny and Abdullah Khaled) for their cooperation and professionalism. I also thank the restaurant staff led by Chef Attia, including but not limited to: Mustafa, Mohamed, Salah, Ali, Emel, and all the the restaurant staff, also the staff at the Oasis bar including: Bassem, Ahmed, and Mohamed, and the wonderful rescue crew led by Mr. Amin. And the amazing housekeeping for their care and the humorous surprises. We've enjoyed everything in this resort, our children spent a joyful time swimming, enjoying the waterpark, the food, as well as the night parties at the beach terrace.

البحر جميل و فى شعب مرجانيه بحجم معقول لكن العيب الوحيد المارين لوحده طوله تقريبا كيلو متر عشان توصل للمكان اللى تقدر تنزل تعمل سنوركلنج

I had an exceptional 6-night stay at Jaz Mirabel Sharm with my family, consisting of 2 adults and 3 kids. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and early check-in, thanks to the amazing reception team. Our spacious room overlooking the pool was perfect for our family. We dined at La Fattoria restaurant, where the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Mariem welcomed us with a smile every morning, while Mr. Mohamed entertained the kids. Moustafa and both Osamas took excellent care of us, and Chef Attya ensured our culinary preferences were met. The Italian restaurant was a hit, especially with the kids loving the Quattro Formage pizza. The spa offered relaxing massages by both Thai and Kenyan staff, adding to our overall enjoyment. The staff's hospitality made us feel like part of the family, and the warm farewell from Mr. Kadery, the reception manager, sealed our desire to return. Our time at Jaz Mirabel was truly memorable, and we can't wait to come back again

Great reef to snorkel in from the hotel if not windy Fairly large rooms Food is okay, great service from Ibrahim at the Asian restaurant and beach snack!

The cleaneliness could seriously be improved Staff can be both insistant and rude so it was inconsistent. Most animations are at the other hotel and my side was very quiet, kind of dead with no life. Several issues with demagnetised room keys and broken kettle. Worst experience was the check out: someone came to pick up my luggage a bit early and i did not have time to change. At reception i was offered a shower room that i never got, ended up being forced to change in the Manager’s office as my taxi was arriving! That is no way to treat guests!!

В ноябре отдыхали в этом отеле! Эстетика отеля: все чисто, подстрижено , убрано, много зелени - КРАСОТА!Достроили понтон- и это лучший понтон которой я видела! Мое сердце полностью принадлежит ресторану и персоналу La fattoria. Огромное спасибо Эмаду и его команде за это организованное и замечательное место! В ресторане прекрасно все - еда(разнообразная и оооочень вкусная: креветки, крабы, рыба, мясо, овощи , фрукты - есть абсолютно все, на любой вкус), чистота( за ней следят постоянно), персонал ( очень внимательные,самый лучший персонал - здесь!) Номер убирали хорошо. К дню рождению украсили, что было очень приятно! Анимация в отеле есть, каждый день была зарядка и йога на пляже , и , конечно, разнообразные игры. Ресепшен: приятным сюрпризом по прибытию в отель был апгрейд номера, за что очень благодарны отелю. Приедем ли мы еще в этот отель? Миллион раз да! Жду не дождусь вновь оказаться в этом раю!

Мы бронировали отель через букинг, и в ЭТОТ раз не предлагалась оплата на месте, только через карту , для меня это было не удобно . Почему-то в этот раз не нашлось в отеле вазы для цветов, хотя в предыдущие разы администраторы без проблем решали этот вопрос.

ينقصه ترفيه فى فترة الليل

We really liked this hotel and can strongly recommend it to our friends and relatives. The food was very tasty and varied, including a lot of seafood and meat. We liked Mohamed Rashad on the grill and the service in the restaurant was also great, thanks to our waiter Amr. All our requests were made immediately and very politely. Thanks to the receptionists. Additionally, the beach and coral reef were good and a lot of entertainment for adults and kids was present.

Animazione poco presente, gentili ma nn molto professionali livello di spettacoli come artisti molto basso... A volte era meglio che non lo facessero e in più alla sera tutto finisce presto alle 23.00.

No Fresh Juice Available Kids area closing at 5:00 pm give no time to the parents to enjoy at night the Mattress was very bad Needs Fly Screen for the Mosquito Life Guard Asked to be Available with the kids at the pool all the time which is his job Types Of Plants Used in Landscape is very Harmfull as it cuts my Kid Hands

The beach had a good setting, clean and there is enough space between umbrellas. Muhammed in the restaurant was amazing and all staff in the fattoria were amazing.

Most of the pools were not heated. The rooms require an upgrade. The patio door does not lock. The shower gully was open so dangerous. The shower head was not fixed on the wall. There are 2 hotels within the same complex but we were sent to the main entrance and then after 2 hours told we need to go to the other hotel. The clientele within the hotel are also not ideal and one boy at lunch spat at the waiter. He was left unsupervised by his mother and we later saw him pestering other guests at lunch by throwing chips at bids causing them to sit on other tables of people eating. Our room cleaner whilst very kind was kind but he was too pestering for a tip and it made us awkward in our room. Finally the double bed was also two singles pushed together but they kept coming apart.

It was great food , staff and facilities. Staff makes you feel very comfortable . We loved a christmas event and cocktail party . Also help me to celebrate my wife's birthday . I would highly recommend Jaz Mirabel Resort to anyone.

Spa price seems a bit higher.

27 Kasım-2 Aralık tarihleri arasında jaz mirabel park resortte kaldık. Çok memnun kaldık. Eşimin doğum günü için süpriz pasta hazırladılar. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi (eşimin favori çalışanı) “Kasem” bizimle ilgilendi.İngilizceyi yeterince bilmediğimiz için bizim anlatamadıklarımızı Kasem anlayıp çözdü. Kids clup “Shadow” kızımızla ilgilendi güleryüzüyle yardımcı oldu,sorularımızı cevapladı, ilgilendi. La fattoria Restauranta Mohammed yehya sıcakkanlılığıyla tatilimize renk kattı. Restaurant ekibi samimi kibar ilgiliydi.Tüm çalışanlar kibar güleryüzlüydü. Bu otelin en büyük artısı bu güzel çalışanlara sahip olması. Hepsine teşekkürler. Seneye tekrar mirabel parktayız..

Yemekleri çok iyi. Izgara yapan şef gerçekten başarılı. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın her gördüklerinde bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular, 4 aylık bebeğimizle konakladık. İçecek alımları yemekler olsun çalışanlar biz getiririz oturun lütfen diye yardımcı oldular. Her birine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.

Çok fazla sivrisinek var. Her gece ilaçlama yapılıyor fakat fayda etmiyor. Mutlaka yanınızda sinek kovucu ilaç olması lazım.

Fantastico villaggio sul mare. Personale gentilissimo. Spiaggia enorme con tantissimi ombrelloni. Cibo discreto.

Peccato per l'animazione inesistente. Se ci fosse quella diventerebbe il massimo.
