I was told they don’t provide breakfast, in the rooms or bistro, and no toaster so had to travel to find somewhere to eat
Music was intense on the Saturday night, so loud in room 3 couldn’t sleep until after midnight which was disappointing after a long day travelling for a funeral

Room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities I needed. It was surprisingly quiet at night and the windows faced the morning sun which was a bonus.
Bed was too soft for my preferences
Reception staff could point out the discounts and free drink on offer. We didn't get to use ours because we were not aware of it.

Staff very helpful, had room ready by 1100 which was awesome. Very clean, close to everything. Bistro was excellent with great service.
Couldn't watch tv, kept coming up with the free wifi login details even after I logged in. It was a minor hiccup.

Beds were comfy and good location. Friendly staff great food and good sized gaming area. Travelled for birthdays and the arcade and bowling was amazing
Air conditioner hearted in main area of room didn’t work. Kettle didn’t work. Sofa bed was pulled out for us upon arrival but we folded away and a used birth tissue on floor. Toilet paper wasn’t topped up when room serviced

There were some really rough people staying at this hotel who caused a huge disturbance in the carpak straight outside our room from 2am until 5am in the morning. Because there is no overnight reception there was no one to get help from which was very scary as a mother travelling alone with a child.
