Hard and confusing to find, you don’t get a code to open the barrier. It’s very unclear and hardly signposted.

Our flight got cancelled so we stayed here because it was close to the airport which we thought was ideal. We booked 3 rooms with 2 single beds in each room for 6 people. There is a shop a cafe and McDonald's right across from it which stays open late.

We had booked 3 rooms all with single beds. When we walked into the 2 or the 3 rooms everything was fine all clean. The last room there was a weird smell in it so we opened the window and went to get food. We came back and the smell was still in the room only to find the smell was Coming from the mattress where someone had pissed on it and the cleaners hadn't noticed. There were no spare rooms anywhere in the hotel either so we didn't use the bed for the 2 nights we were there. When we sat outside the shop on the picnic benches we were greeted by the most vile smell of sewerage coming from the shop area. We had to move over to the far side of the building to avoid the smell.

Comfy bed, hot shower and the Reception Staff were very obliging.

The room wasn't cleaned until the last day, the towels were left on the bathroom floor after use as instructed but were still on the floor upon returning at the end of the day.Toilet rolls had almost run out and I had to ask Reception for clean towels,toilet rolls, tea bags and sugar which we ran out of. Furthermore, the hair dryer was broken as was one of the wall sockets.

Very few facilities for a meal other than some Fast Food outlets. Some meal providers closed.

Our room was #14. Ground floor,smell badly. From our window we Could see that we were under the level of the road so no at all light and looking a bush full of waste. The hotel is on the highway.so no way to walk anyway.we arrived by plane from the airport and we were stucked in there no way without a taxi to go anywere. The nearest town is at 50£ by taxi.you should advise your customer of that.

The staff. They got at the desk was very nice and helpful. Though we didn’t really need it, it’s very close to a food and shop court.

Walking into it towards the reception wasn’t very clean. And there was no elevator but the guy at the reception helped with our bags though.

The Days Inn was easy to find. Granted, I did walk up from Westerham using public footpaths, but I found it! Food & groceries nearby.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Clean tidy and comfy staff were excellent and loved the dog

Did not get the room I booked - supposed to have a double bed and sofa bed ended up with 2 single beds shame as really good otherwise
