The sauna was only open two hours and it was a little bit far from the centre

Room and bathroom are really small we had two rooms and one (507) was even smaller than 506. No cooker for making coffee in the room is a real downer.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is exceptional if going for a show at the Cultural Centre.

Very comfy beds and delicios breakfast. Very nice to have normal size bonus bed for 3yo child. In bathroom everything You need for stay. Clean room.

We arrived late, staff was about to change for night shift. The administrator of the day was probably too lazy to register us and then hand over the shift, so after the long journey from Latvia around 11 PM we waited for the staff to decide who would register us, make staff change etc... Unpleasant. After registration, our chip did not work in the elevator. Again back to registration to change chips. About an hour to get to bed.

Very good with a lot of variety

The hotel is well located but not in the centre. The Staff were fantastic, always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast offers a nice selection, though they could offer more varieties of fresh fruit.

breakfast was very slow to refill and isn’t very diverse like other Scandic hotels I’ve been to. i understand that it’s difficult on crowded mornings, but we had to wait around half an hour for certain dishes to refill and some didn’t get refilled at all which was a big disappointment
