Perfect place to stay near the airport. Good value, free bus to the airport. Enjoyed a delicious hamburger in the restaurant. Free coffee in the lobby waa welcome at 5:30 am.

The hotel was clean and they cleaned the room every day. Staff were generally friendly & helpful, if not quite on par with what you'd encounter in most other Holiday Inns.

Very inconvenient location, several kilometers from the airport and served by a bus that makes a (long!) loop through 2 other hotels and the Finnair flight academy (?) every 30 minutes. Hotel bar is corner of the lobby, served by the reception staff, who all seem a bit tired and looked like they'd rather be somewhere else - which is exactly where I, too, wished I were!

ヘルシンキ空港到着が23:30くらいなので、近いホテルを探して予約しました。 シャトルバスが出ていて便利でした。 翌日も空港までシャトルバスで移動してから、ヘルシンキ市街に移動してとてもスムーズでした。

Clean, quiet rooms, soft bed. Free shuttle to airport.

The location was superb within a park-like setting. The room was small but decent. The only real issue was the temperature of the room (hot) that I was unable to reset. However I also did not want to into trouble if changing rooms after I had settled. Bus transportation to airport is nice but the bus driver could have announced where to go as the airport reconstruction is still ongoing and there were no signs re entrance.

The breakfast was good

Rooms are quite old fashioned, it was not possible to shower without getting the entire bathroomfloor wet. Could have been cleaner

When check in, staff ask me wait for meaninglessly. When I ask again, that staff tell me simple check in rule. He was talking with other guest while I was waiting for nothing important. He looks just ignore me. I feel very bad.

The room had a kettle but just one packet of instant coffee. The shower was powerful and hot. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport was frequent and reliable. The desk staff were helpful.

The room is dated and needs modernization. The air conditioner worked but the instructions were unclear. The food in the restaurant was good but the service was terrible and the choice of wines was extremely limited.

The hotel is very convenient if arriving into Helsinki airport late or leaving early morning, my situation. The curtesy bus is convenient although not well marked (not at all) within the airport itself. The staff were friendly both at check-in and in the restaurant.

Better sign posts for the curtesy bus. Minimum, add some directions to the hotel website. Also, the Women's sauna is only accessible if provided with a special key at reception - nobody tells you that so I tried to access and then needed to return to Reception to query why my room key was not sufficient.

Breakfast was very very good. Great choice!

I cannot believe I'm having an issue over the invoice that they do not want to make as I paid in advance with booking. That happens all the time and I always get the invoice from other facilities no problem. Can I get some help in that?

on 12.05 morning front desk lady organize quickly taxis at hotel charge to take us to departure terminal because shuttle bus was broken .

On 11.05 afternoon my collegue had bleeding nose problem and the front desk ladies at first they were not able to help . My collegue and me asked for hospital name and they were shocked not able to give me a piece of paper with the name of the hospital ,they just told me a name in Finnish that obviously I did not understood .When I asked again they wrote me the name of the hospistal on a piece of paper ,that I used with taxi driver . I think your front desk people need more training to know what to do when a problem like this happens . The restaurant was poor , we asked for filet steak listed in the menu but it was not available .
