People at front desk were really nice and explained everything on arrival. Room was super clean and bigger than what I thought, nice little balcony and the little things meant a lot ie: complimentary bottles of water.

The heated towel rail fell off the wall during the night but was something they may not have been aware of....that it was a bit unstable

What we did like was the big spa bath, the beds were comfortable and the gardens were lovely outside,

Room was filthy, and disgusting desperate need of a update, wifi code didn't work the shower flooded the bathroom when in ues, no fan to get rid of stem when shower or bath being used, the hair dryer was a joke horrible,

Very dated and not a lot of air flow. Strange bathroom. Was really clean.

Room was quiet enough, decent bed, okay facility.

Bathroom was old. I mean old. They had a hair dryer that looked like something out of a science fiction 1980s movie, which scared me when I was trying to work out what it was. You have to climb up into the bath/shower, if you’re older you might want to ask for a ladder at reception. Pretty outdated room. Lots of interesting people around, didn’t feel too safe leaving my van in the parking lot, couldn’t fit under the tunnel to the parking closer to my room.

Nice big rooms. And spa bath to die for it was huge. Staff were lovely as always and very helpful and accommodating. Recommend this motel. They do have emergency housing but they did not make their presence known at all unlike other places I have stayed. Only thing I would say is if disabled the shower would be impossible to access as you have to climb into spa to use shower. I'm sure they have rooms that don't have spa so if you are not mobile, ask the lovely staff.

I didn't like anything about it!

That the pool was closed. Maybe take the photos of the pool off the website if it's not gonna be open. The spa bath jets didn't work. No sky TV. Heaps of random people walking around. Untidy outside some rooms.

It was obvious some of our neighbours were living permenantly and were quite noisy with children running around the hallway late at night and parties going on in rooms

it was good value for money, and it was very clean

the people opposite us were incredibly loud throughout the entire night. we informed the office who said they would deal with it and it did not stop.

Staff were lovely. The 2 guys on the reception desk were very friendly.

Pool was not in use. Could hear arguing from other people staying there which i heard there were tenants from emergency housing staying there. Also no air con in rooms which ment it was very hot.
