Friendly staff

Road noise

The rooms were modern and had a nice feel. It was 3mins walk from the rugby stadium. Spa bath was an added bonus. Staff were very friendly.

Was quite expensive and also there were no sharp knives or scissors when we needed to cut open food packages.

Location

Old, basic, noisy bathroom fan, poor heating, no style to rooms.

pillow was not very good, lucky I had my own.

The room was really clean and tidy

A group from another room arrived back at 12:20am. They were really loud and inconsiderate until 1am, and walking and standing outside our room. Am sure they woke up the whole facility, but no one from management stopped them. We decided not to go outside and ask them to be quiet as they were obviously drunk. Really disapppointed this happened, as before this incident, the facility was excellent.

Sadly we had a false fire alarm go off in the early hours of the morning. Sounded like there was a fault with a sensor
