Reception was friendly only.

Fridge only had milk!! We didn’t mind paying for juice drinks and snacks. Showers need more cleaning No shampoo and conditioner No shower caps NO PARKING !!! WAS TOLD WE CAN PARK ON THE STREETS

Really nice room, blinds black out the room so had a great sleep-in. Highly highly recommend doing breakfast! everything you can think of. I ate so much really good food! Staff were amazing! super friendly and helpful

The room I booked was not the room I received, even thou they sent me a confirmation that I wanted. Aircon in our room didn't really work properly. Bathrooms were a bit squishy.

Love the hotel. Stayed me and my 10 years old son. Comfortable room, beautiful views facing the river. The staff from the reception and bar/restaurant were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but yummy. I hardly recommend this hotel.

Would be nice if the restaurant had a kids' menu.

We booked this for a quick stay in Hamilton. It ticks all the usual boxes. Good location, clean, tidy and the staff are very professional and accommodating.

A little tricky to get to from the road if you don't know Hamilton.

This being my second stay where I have requested a valet service for 9:45 on the morning of my departure, and the second time that the car has not been brought up from the parking for me until I mention it when returning my door key card, the night staff have always confirmed but the morning team I assume have not checked. This is definitely a "first world problem" which doesn't hurt anyone or cause any inconvenience. I will continue to stay here as the staff are lovely.
