Clean and tidy.

Having stayed in the new units for the last 4 visits, this time got one of the older units. Bed was much smaller and the shower was not not very good due to the shower head being too close to the wall. Always liked this motel but not the room we had this time it was definitely a downgrade. Quite disappointed.

I appreciate the early check in. The rooms had been recently refurbished. Really good shower.

Everything was very clean and it’s modern. it’s also very close to everything yet it was quiet and very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again next time we are back in Hamilton.

I arrived late in the evening but could still check-in even though Reception had closed for the night. The room was modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great.

I have no complaints regarding this stay.

Amazing motel. Exceptionally clean. Great shower. Lots of space. It was at full occupancy but quiet (couldn't hear anyone else). The things that made this exceptional were: customer service, lots of lighting options in room, space for bags, storage, lots of comfortable seating options in the room, lovely local milk in the fridge, great toiletries, comfy bed with multiple pillow options, great tea and coffee selection, and a spacious carpark (I.e. no difficult manoeuvring). Would definitely stay again.

Loved the shower in particular :) and they allowed us to have both our cars to park off the road - really appreciated.

Everything from the modern decor to the comfortable bed and linen and the perfect shower head. Big TV and air conditioning was an absolute bonus.

Location near the city, definitely a good walk or scooter trip. Uber/Uber Eats is able to find the location easily which is difficult through a lot of other hotels. Non-smoking rooms as to expect, however they offer seats and a balcony with ashtrays that are emptied often. The Spa pool has time conditions for the jets from 10PM-8AM which is so considerate of other guests as our Spa Pool was on the second floor, Awesome! Staff were friendly.
