1. One bedside light flickered . Called reception and young man came, couldn't fix it but went away and brought back a table lamp. He also showed us how to work the air-conditioner - totally confusing. Also got the TV organised - again totally confusing - but we lost it again later. Bed sloped to the sides leaving a hump in the middle.

Service was poor, restaurant was very low quality food and very expensive we ate there for dinner and the buffet breakfast. Did not enjoy the dinner and the breakfast was cold and tasteless

I wasn't given direction on the cards operating the elevators took me a while to figure it out bit stressful. i would have liked bourbon as an option with room service, I don't drink wine and beer.

Really like how close it is to the airport and DFO. Catching the free sky gate bus to and from the airport was easy and convenient. The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are clean.The aircon was great. The supermarket is very close .
The shower was not very strong. The beds were ok comfortable wise. No operational pool.

The rooms were what can be expected for that price. Regular clean rooms.
Overpriced for what it is and the location it pretends to be. Too hard to reach from the airport . Socalled quick checkout did not work no communication between staff checking in and staff checking out and the emails received about fast checkout. Or booking if the carpark.
I will not book myself here again.

It didn’t have the added amenities in the room,
I used to stay at hotel alot prior to Covid.
It’s not as comfortable.small things like phone and computer charging facilities.

Not very flexible with early check-in after a morning flight, but they took the suitcases for safe keeping.
