Breakfast was no good

it was perfect for what we needed for an early morning flight. BReakfast was actually better than what we had had all week at The Embassy Suites in Dorado. And they opened at 5 am which was perfect for a 7 am flight. The beds were also bigger and more comfortable than the ones at Embassy Suites. We did not check out any of the facilties so can not comment on that. Super simple to get to our check in and security from the hotel.

I was honestly prepared for a so-so experience at the SJU airport hotel based on some posted reviews. Fortunately we ignored those! Our stay was excellent. As a frequent traveler including internationally and nationally at very good properties, I would encourage people that SJU Airport Hotel was a very positive place to stay for an early flight out in the AM. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff, clean, comfortable, good restaurant, and sooo convenient to simply walk a couple minutes to terminal C where American Airlines is located. We requested a wheelchair and help with luggage at 4:45 AM for a 6:59 AM flight. No problems. As for cautions about the cold rooms, wd had no problems using the thermostat!

Hotel is right at the airport. We saved time returning the rental car.

Upon going into our room there was no toilet paper. I could have called front desk - but I'd have hidden the issue. Please make sure maintenance leaves a new roll all the time.

Hotel Manager Jose Franco was very easily the best manager I’ve come across over the past 35yrs of traveling.

Some of the younger staff seemed to not be interested in doing their job without prompting from Jose.

I love the location. Easy access to the terminals. TSA is at hand.

I did not like the bedroom, the bed, and the bathroom. The worst is the price.
