Value for money. Small but thzt was expected

Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Dusche war funktionell, heißes Wasser immer verfügbar, Bad wurde mit modernen Fliesen und das Zimmer sauber renoviert, Duschutensilien und Sauberkeit tadellos.

Zimmer als DZ recht beengt, im Bad Waschbecken recht klein, keine Heizung vorhanden Anzahl der Haken gering, Ablageflächen nicht vorhanden. Badspiegel hatte unter dem Wasserdampf sehr gelitten. Bett für 1 Person ok, für 2 Personen sehr schmal. Fenster mit Einscheiben-Verglasung, allerdings schafft die Heizung es mit ~80°C gegenan zu heizen. Für ein WE war für uns die Hotel-Wahl erträglich, wir kennen aber ein Hotel in der Nähe, welches uns eher zusagt.

Todo estuvo perfecto. Muy limpio, vistas a un jardín. Muy silencioso. El desayuno impresionante.

Convenient location close to Paddington Station and walking to Kensington Park. Quiet even though significant building works behind the property.

The bed wasn’t terribly comfortable - mattress needs to be upgraded. Room pretty small - but that’s London. Housekeeping seemed understaffed - room not serviced by 3.30pm on 2 days of my stay.

The location was good and the park opposite made it quite a quiet location. The staff were friendly and the receoption area was a comfortable and convenient place to meet.

The room was tiny and the windows were an old sash type window so a bit draughty. There wasn't room to swing a cat either in the bathroom or the bedroom and the single beds were fairly uncomfortable.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat sein eigenes Bad, Klimaanlage, Safe und Kühlschrank. Vom Hotel aus ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Kensington Park und im Hyde Park. Ebenfalls um die Ecke ist die U-Bahn-Station Bayswater, von wo aus man alles in London sehr gut erreicht, was man sehen möchte. Im Queensway findet man alles, was man braucht. Es gibt dort einen ausgezeichneten Bäcker, Restaurants, Pubs und alle Geschäfte, von Boots bis Sainsburys/Tesco. Im Hotel gibt es Euro-Steckdosen, ansonsten halten die Souvenirgeschäfte Adapter bereit. Im Queensway ist auch ein Parkhaus, in das man sein Auto im Voraus einbuchen kann. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Es ist alles sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Betten sind sehr schmal, jedenfalls in unserem Zimmer, maximal 1,4m breit. Das Einzelbett war kürzer als 2m. Aber hey, es ist London! Das passt schon.

Pleasant staff, clean and tidy small room but adequate.

The room was quite noisy from the corridor and surrounding rooms. The blind was not long enough and did not reach the bottom of the window, some of the decoration was a bit tired.

room was good but we only needed it for a night in between music gigs which was perfect ! clean and could control the temperature , the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. centeral location to tubes , staff were lovely.

customer service was excellent- smiley, helpful reception staff and speedy communication via the app. room was clean. fridge was a pleasant and unexpected bonus.

the heating system was noisy and this woke me up several times.

The room didn't match the photos on booking.com. We should have had a balcony but did not.

Very central, quiet area, friendly staff, comfortable room, near restaurants and the underground.

I liked everything - only one thing issue though;the kettle in our room wasn’t working properly,kept switching itself off before it had boiled, so it took a while to reach boiling point. We told the staff the next morning and they were very apologetic and said someone would look at it. It didn’t matter too much. but I was surprised the previous occupants in the room we had hadn’t reported it.

Lovely reception, included great continental breakfast, we had a lovely garden view room...small but perfectly formed.
