Comfortable bed and good pillows. Room temperature was good and breakfast was the best . Great choice of breakfast and the food was hot. Bonus for being able to take away some items.

Room although basic had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely and clean - fresh towels if we required them. Bed made daily and room tidied. Certainly value for money and although in a busy area next to main road the room we had was very quiet. the breakfast was really good value for money - cooked and continental choices - unlimited if you wanted.

Room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was well designed. Comfortable for a family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the space.

Only thing During our stay that was not the best but still more than adequate was the breakfast. Me and my family only wished that there were more vegetarian options.

We had requested a cot and I rang ahead to make sure one was available for our dates but there ended up not being one in our room when arrived - which was a bit of a pain as I had a very sleepy baby and needing to figure out where a cot was and set it all up.

Great value and close to City Centre. Very clean and comfortable with lovely, helpful staff.

The breakfast wasn't what we expected, no fried eggs only scrambled, and the sausages definitely were not Cumberland, the hotel ones tasted like cardboard

The rooms could have been better, no wardrobes, just a few shelves and pegs on the wall. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days, the sink plug was black, absolutely disgusting. Bed wasn't changed, didn't have any towels, kettle wasn't working properly. No tea bags, and when we did get tea bags from the foyer, the next day they had been taken from our room. We had to swap rooms due to other problems in that room. All this was not good enough, considering both my husband and myself have cancer and other debilitating illnesses.

Breakfast was excellent but could do with other options on alternate dates.eg Tomatoes instead of beans. The bed was comfortable and pillow choice very good. The room was AOK but for longer stays ie 4 days drawers or small wardrobe should be available.

Could not find any accountable fault.
