Breakfast was really lovely and staff were so polite when we were being shown to our table. All the staff in the restaurant excelled in customer service and should really be commended for this. We've stayed in many IHG hotels and all the staff are extremely polite and well-mannered. Room was great for 2 adults and our daughter as we had x 2 double beds in the room. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also excellent food and service.

Room wasn’t ready when we turned up. Yes it was late at 10.46 but more to the point that we needed it. We had paid and expected it ready and music blasting too for the first hour and we booked a family room. Paid for a family room then had to pay extra for breakfasts, crazy ! Breakfast average

Spa. I and several other people whilst there were complaining about the hot tub being cold. Also, the swimming pool was cold. The receptionist on the spa did not seem to care. This was an issue for me as I had gone to this hotel to use the spa facilities rather than choose a different hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for city airport however, if you’re going to have a spa day think again.

Comfortable Hotel in lovely area. The staff member Nina who checked us in was exceptional. We arrived after midnight and she was so kind and helpful to us and didn't keep us waiting. Very friendly staff in general.

Excellent location, good quality and cleanliness with great facilities just a few minutes walk from the Excel arena. All of this is matched by the brilliant staff who are warm, friendly and helpful.

Checked in at 8.45pm only to walk into an occupied room. Spent more than half an hour (albeit with a complementary drink) waiting in the bar while they tried to find us a room. We'd already been told they were full. Eventually checked into a room on the 6th floor that was freezing. The window had been left open - presumably to try and clear the smell of weed. Having waited that long already we stayed there.

The whole hotel was spotless. The staff were so helpful and lovely from sitting all 10 of us together at breakfast to giving us a can of water to take to bed when we came in from our event at the excel. It was decorated beautifully for christmas as well.

Very good hotel, clean and quiet. We had a great time there! The breakfast was very nice, the room was big enough and warm, the bed was comfortable, daily cleaning, clean towels, etc. The location was also good, a little bit far from city center but there are tube and DLR stations nearby.

I like the staff and the breakfast.

I didn't like the fact that the internet was messed up and I couldn't the TV and this got me and my wife upset so we used our phones to watch movies during our stay.

The location was excellent for visiting the Excel (on foot) and the O2 (via cable car). We had a great view of the water from our room. The room was very comfortable and stylish, and all the amenities within worked as expected. The selection at breakfast was good, and dietary requirements were catered for.

There were ants around the juice station at breakfast which was unexpected. We have raised this with the hotel and they have confirmed this will be investigated.

Great location especially with the Elizabeth line and the cable cars round the corner! The pool was a great bonus with good changing facilities and towels. The hours for the families were long and convenient but of course double check. Staff were very helpful and professional.

It was all fine. The breakfast price was quite high but a great selection available. However you aren’t restricted to only the hotel, there were lots of other options in easy access for other breakfast cafes/shops so really not an issue.

All staff without exception friendly and committed to making the hotel experience FABULOUS. When you meet Gustavo the Manager you can tell that his style is infectious (rare in hotels)

We were seeing Nick Cave and the Badseeds at the O2 and the combination of staying at the Crowne Plaza and the IFSCloud Cable Car meant we had a 2 minute walk to the cable car, a delightful 10 minute ride over the docks and the Thames and a 5 minute walk to the 02. There were no queues, no tickets- just tap in, tap out- and complete avoidance of the hassle, stress and waiting for trains, buses, tubes, etc. We had a perfect night. The room was large, very well equipped and quiet, with a good view. Breakfast was exceptional, even the scrambled eggs were perfect and the herb sausages and roasted tomatoes were delicious. The staff, from reception to bar to restaurant could not be more helpful
