The apartment has an excellent location, situated at the edge of the center. In walking distance there is a metro station, large and small supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. The flat is well equipped, it has a stove (no oven though), two types of coffee machines, fridge with freezer (which was preloaded with an emergency baguette :) ), tv, vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine and a dehumidifier. Heating was working also properly. Basically, the flat is suitable for long term stay. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. The handover of the apartment was smooth, it was clean and well stocked with towels, sheets, coffee and tea and some snacks too. All the necessary information was communicated well. Overall, superb value for price. Absolutely recommended.

Two points to note that might be an issue for some. The flat is ground floor, so this implies limited privacy when the windows are open. Another issue is somewhat derived from the ground floor location: the humidity. This is unfortunately typical of old houses, particularly on the ground floor. The hosts provided a dehumidifier, when this was on there was no issue with humidity. However, one day we forgot to switch it on and you could feel the difference. Hence, when you stay here you have to keep it in mind to run the humidifier regularly to keep the flat dry. If you are sensitive for humidity for some medical reason, maybe better to look for another, higher floor option.

The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the center of Toulouse. The place was clean and comfortable, very nice hosts.

The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen area. There was plenty of space for hanging clothes. It was quiet and we were not disturbed. There is a boulangerie around the corner and other shops close by. It is close to the metro and airport shuttle bus.

We struggled a bit to regulate the shower temperature. This is a ground floor flat with no real views of outside. This wasn't really a problem for us, as we were out all day.

It was comfortable and in a very good location. Ariel was an extremely helpful host. We were impressed with the multi-purpose dining and coffee table. The apartment had most of the facilities we needed
