Bad customer service

very friendly staff, bar open late and food was very good.

as it was rescheduled from 2020 twice the rooms were exceptionally expensive compared to other places I have stayed in a suite option.

How spotlessly clean our guest room and bathroom was with a great view from 10th floor. Good breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere where staff couldn't do enough for us.

The car park really needs a refresh, its looking quite untidy and not so secure, not sure how confident I would be that my car is 100% safe in there

Staff always helpful. I regularly use the hotel when I am at functions at Coventry RFC. They keep the bar open late too. Fairly relaxed too if you are a little late checking out...!

The room had a lovely view, the bed was comfortable. Hair dryer provided. Exceptional breakfast. I requested a hot chocolate at breakfast - Patricia provided excellent hospitality/customer service in making the hot chocolate. The hotel is situation within 10 minutes walking distance from Coventry train station.

No hot chocolate provided in the rooms, there was a limited choice of options available on the menu for room service as I ordered after 9.30pm. The shower temperature had to be adjusted as the water was boiling. There is a safety notice in place to inform guests: Caution hot water.

Room very spacious and all facilities needed. Breakfast fantastic lots of choice. Staff were exceptional

Loved it all

The attitude of all the Staff from the Reception to the Restaurant was just Outstanding!!! The Service, the tasty a la carte food (amazing!), the room, the location in walking distance to the train station (without any luggage) were on top.

The hotel building probably requires renovation but the Staff makes it just the top level with their warm attitude in each area! First time I faced an Example how the Top Service can make you realize that it is so non-important that the hotel building is actually old but means nothing to let you feel comfortable in it.

Didn't eat much cooked as it cools quickly and bacon sits in fat. Good choices of fruit.

I realise it is difficult for you but dirty windows spoil the views and spoil the general level of cleanliness overall.

Location is good, near the railway.

Reception give us a room and we put our luggage there, but afterwards we come downstairs they tell us they will move our luggages to another room. coz they have to carry out carpet cleansing procedures.

Very clean room, spacious, comfy. There was parking available underneath the hotel though at a cost. Nice, efficient and polite staff. Cooked breakfast at £10 if paid for the night before or £14 on the morning (per guest). Standard cooked breakfast with fruit options on a smaller scale so not as much choice as larger hotel brands e.g. Holiday Inn. Clean and tidy dining area.

Location of shops on the same road looked a bit run down when you first drove up to it so was worrying and didn’t feel safe initially but once you got into the hotel, it was nice.
