Breakfast were excellent. Enough choices and very good quality of foods.

Although everything was very good but we’re a little disappointed that the hotels didn’t informed that there was on going renovation especially on the side/wing to our bedroom. No noice present at night when we’re sleep but on the last day the corridor to our bedroom was full of dust and we have to pass that corridor to check out and carry heavy bags used the stair as the corridor otw to lift impassable.

The location was perfect for Warwick Arts Center.

The hotel closed at 14:00 on day of departure Sunday 21st May and we would have liked to used the facilities a bit longer.

The lady on reception was vey helpful and kind. The room service food was quite nice and arrived fairly quickly. Room size was good. Check out was 12.

When I booked, I asked how far away the Arts Centre was. I was told it was "across the road". I imagined it would be opposite the hotel. When I arrived, it was a 10 minute walk away in the dark and rain. I tried to order room service. No one was answering. I rang reception and was told to keep trying. It rang for ages, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I ended up having to walk down, wait and order downstairs, which took about 15 - 20 minutes and I was time pressured as I was attending an show. I hardly slept as the room was far too warm and I was unable to turn the radiators down and there was a regular tapping noise within the room (plumbing?) all night. The windows barely opened. I was so exhausted I decided not to have breakfast and reset my alarm for 11.30am. A member of staff barged into my room when I was asleep and frightened the life out of me. Something smelled unpleasant in the bathroom and to finish off there were a couple of unwelcome 'hairs' in the bath.

We never actually stayed at the scarman. They transferred us to there sister hotel across the road. The Radcliffe. We were very satisfied with our stay.

It was very convenient to find simple, clean and welcoming accommodation so close to where we needed to be (the Arts Centre). No complaints.
