Not up to standard.

Good location, close to shops and Rainbows End. Clean sheets.

Bathroom was disgusting - needs to be renovated. Paint peeling off ceiling, mould around window and cabinetry peeling and old. Strange photo of a sleeping baby displayed asking you to keep the noise down. Had kitchen facilities but no sink. Had to use one In bathroom to wash dishes.

Facilities are old/mouldy/musty. Owners weren't very welcoming. Felt very restricted around what you could and couldn't do. Overall didn't feel comfortable there

It was exactly what we needed and expected for our stay.

The bathroom was amazing. Really great water pressure in the shower and the whole had been renovated to a good standard. Also, plenty of power outlets which was great for charging phones etc.

Although we didn't need or use them, the stove top elements are very old.

Was clean and a nice size room. Single beds were very hard definitely not for adult weight. It is quite noisey. the port

Was clean and lovely done gardens and great size room.

felt like you were watched all the time. Cameras everywhere. Even Uber drivers were questioned why they were there. Porta cot was broken so my baby had to sleep in bed with me the whole time. single beds not made for adult weight very hard.

All in all a nice cozy spot.

Bed was comfortable and nice room space, not cluttered. Plenty of pillows. Lovely spa bath and amenities

Could not unlock backdoor. T.V. too far to the right of the bed.

I would come back to this and book the same 2 bedroom apartment that we had.

Lots of space, beds were big on just a small queen, great to have heat pumps in the rooms as well. Full kitchen always appreciated. Bathroom was nice and big and great showers!

Nothing could have been better acccomodation was great for us as a family of 5 (3 children aged 4-11)

Location was great for our needs along our stay in Auckland, nice and quiet area. Also having parking inside motel grounds.

I felt as if I was being monitered on my stay with my family both reception staff were qstaying on either side of our room ??. I was also unaware until arrival of a bond fee, I didn't mind paying it, it would have been nice to have had a fine print on booking process.
