Great location and clean modern rooms

Issue with the swipe card and then the room lock. Took too long to resolve and unnecessairly made to wait. Should have been offered a different room immediately.

Our room was lovely. The staff were very helpful.

The parking isn’t located on the property.

I liked the big sized room with a good view. Although there was a bit of wear and tear it was nice.

Could use with a bit more utensils and a welcome booklet thing with places to eat etc

Breakfast was expensive for the selection provided. A continental option would be good too.

The property contains a full kitchen and is located within walking distance of many Auckland sights. Parking is available in a nearby car park and the hotel can provide an access card for an additional cost. There are several great food options within walking distance.

L’emplacement était très pratique car proche du centre-ville et du quartier du port. La chambre était spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bon.

Nous avons regretté l’absence de radiateur chauffant et de porte- manteau dans la salle de bain.

Breakfast—too little choices for a larger cost.

The location was wonderful. We walked to several excellent bars and restaurants. The bus and train system is also very convenient and the Spark Arena bus stop is right out front. The staff was exceptionally friendly, our room was comfortable with a great little balcony, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was horrendous

Es gibt hier ein grundlegendes Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das das Bad beim Einzug nicht ganz sauber war, ok. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann Service gibt’s nur alle drei Tage. Wie man ohne Klobürste und ohne Service sein WC sauberhalten soll, konnte man nicht beantworten.

The staff were really responsive to all our needs. Location was perfect for attending a concert at Spark Arena.

All was good. Servicing the room daily would be good.

Great stay will stay again.

The proximity to spark arena, having a balcony, easy to park at arena parking

For the price I wasn’t overly impressed speaking generally in relation to the room (non city side) and to upgrade was over $150 more

It's literally 3mins walk from Spark Arena, and also not far from Queen Street/Britomart/etc. Pretty new and spacious rooms with a large comfy bed. Very quiet around inside and out, might have been lucky there. Price was ok considering Auckland was busy that weekend.

I wasn't sure if it was possible to turn a nightlight plug in the wall off, I had to put something in front of it to block the light. I would rather a hotel have SKY Channels than streaming services that require an account. Bathroom could be cleaner, but overall the place was nice and clean.
