Great value for money. Bed and pillows are comfor! Staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Perfect place to stay before or after a flight. Food was good.

A bit noisy from the cars passing but its okay.

Simple facilities, but comfy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle service very convenient.

Noisy guests either fighting or drunk, spent all night banging on doors and shouting. Expected more urgent action from the hotel staff. Also, very thin walls, you can hear everything from other rooms and sometimes it could sound like someone was entering our room.

Breakfast was great, just side point, with the croissants drizzle it with Melted chocolate or warm strawberry jam , it will be well received.

Everything else was awesome 👌

Room was clean, bed comfortable, check in and out easy, minimal noise.

The noise as the airport bus stopped right outside our room what felt like every 30 mins... other guest have no consideration for guests sleeping ect

Had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. From friendly staff, free wifi close to airport, in-house restaurant, spacious room with tea/coffee facility, on-site laundry room to free 24/7 shuttle to and from airport.

Everything is just a bit tired and tatty. There was a smell in our room, could have been dampness, not sure.

Easy to get to. Very helpful staff. Room was well laid out. Great that there was a separate shower. Liked the new to me bus station easy to understand Good amount of milk in fridge

The walls were thin and this meant that we could hear all that a noisy group was making in the hallway and in the adjoining room.

The bathroom was quite out of date & shower had mold in the shower head. But they seem to be renovating a lot of the rooms. So hopefully it’s updated when I decide to come back.

Nothing to like that was really the worse 2 days to stay there.room service was not done,really bad breakfast and not clean rooms 😡

Loved the location to the airport. Loved the convenience of the restaurant. Room was beautiful and spotless. Great value for money!

Value for money paid. don't expect a 5 star when only paying for a 3 star. Free airport shuttle to and from added value for money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Huge bed was very comfortable and towels the softest.

Easy location to get to from the airport, room was comfortable

Property had no elevator which made it really difficult with heavy suitcases, would have expected one with it being an airport hotel as most people will likely have heavy bags. Tried to photocopy my credit card details on check in even though we had already paid which I didn’t feel comfortable about the hotel having my card details and security code. Room an odd shape so couldn’t get the cases to the larger side of the room without dragging them across the bed. Bathroom looked like it had been renovated but still had the old shower head which didn’t work very well.

Hotel cancelled our booking due to flood damage previous week. Didn't cancel our booking till last minute so we couldn't find alternate booking. Would have been helpful if they'd given us more warning they were going to cancel. I realise weather is out of their control but the flood happened 7 days previous so could have given more notice.

The price was good. The furniture was fairly good and everything was clean. The staff were good.

No room to move between the end of the bed and the tele. Luckily we aren't big people. Even with the blinds closed light still came in at the sides. No lifts, had to drag cases up stairs. People sitting on the stairs and alot of family noise, children, babies etc till late. The doors had been repainted white but knocks and scratches made the dark paint underneath show through, looked tacky.
