The location is near the train, bus, and underground stations (10 minutes). The room is air-conditioned, and everything was OK

A very convenient, clean and private place to stay in London, zone 2. I like that even though the room was small, it had everything you might need - good lighting, a kettle, a cup, tea, a hair dryer, a small sink, TV. The internet with good speed. The toilet and shower were private but on another floor (1st floor) - towels, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The bed was convenient. The staff was professional and answered my questions quickly. My check-in and check-out were without human interaction, so it was convenient when you came after reception working hours, clear instructions were provided. For breakfast, I used Lola's bakery and got accommodation provided a discount. Surrounding is quite calm, there are some food stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Metro stop - 5 minutes on foot - Jubilee line. City center can be reached in 30 minutes. I had a tasty dinner in the neighborhood in BiBi restaurant (Persian) - I highly recommend it. Things to consider if you come with a huge suitcase or have mobility issues- the room is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. The room is on the attic floor and has a skylight (possible to open it for the fresh air). To sum up, good value for money in London :)

No breakfast at the accom but we went to Gail’s Cafe and it was amazing- and there are numerous great cafes in the area within five min walk

Tv didn’t work - seemed to be glitchy- but I was not really interested in it. Probably easy fix. Soap was offered for hands but shower gel might have also been good.

Świetna lokalizacja w szczególności dla przylatujących na lotnisko Luton. Dobrze skomunikowana z różnymi częściami miasta. Piękna okolica i wiele miejsc ze smacznym jedzeniem. W środku czysto, wygodne łóżka i świeże ręczniki. Super kontakt z obsługą. Pyszne śniadania w pobliskiej piekarni Lola. Będę wracać!

Niestety w pokoju nie było okien, co uniemożliwiało przewietrzenie czy wysuszenie ręczników.

Literally everything! The buildings are iconic, located in a quiet yet beautiful area. The main street is full of nice restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets. The room was cosy and spacious enough for two people, featuring a refurbished bathroom with comfortable shower, offering everything an exhausted visitor would need after a long day in London. Hospitality was everywhere to be found, from the coffee and tea bags next to the water boiler to the hair dryer and the shampoo in the bathroom. There was always this pleasant smell in the room... Cleaning service was offered daily and the staff were kind and helpful, easily to connect to on WhatsApp. Lola's bakery, where a 25% discount is applied to Charlotte's guests, offered a variety of delicious pastries and vegetarian options for breakfast! Finally, one of the strongest points: just a four-minute walk from the tube (20 mins- 5 stops from the centre), railway and overground stations, which enabled us to explore more areas than the central ones. Highly recommended. Hope to come back!

Posizione ottima!! La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Siamo vicino a tre stazioni della metro, di cui una dietro casa e non abbiamo mai avvertito fastidi o rumori di treno. Ottima insonorizzazione anche tra le varie stanze. La vicinanza delle stazioni ti permette di muoverti tranquillamente per tutta la città. La camera era pulita, ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani, sistemavano la stanza e rifornivano tè e caffè per la colazione (disponibile in stanza il bollitore elettrico). Check-in super veloce, le ragazze disponibili e veloci nella consegna della chiave (si fanno capire molto facilmente, ottimo per chi non parla molto bene l'inglese). Vicino casa troverete vari market e vari locali di varie etnie, disponibile anche servizio di lavanderia e farmacia. Super consigliato!!

Letto un po' scomodo e sostituirei i cuscini. Nel bagno non erano presenti prodotti doccia, solo sapone per le mani. Manca un mini frigo.

La camera e il bagno erano entrambi finestrati e puliti. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto buona e a prezzi ragionevoli nella vicina caffetteria convenzionata. Posizione molto comoda alla stazione dei treni overground e alla metropolitana. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Migliorabile l'acustica delle camere.

Molto comodo Vicino alla metro, colazione buonissima da Lola’s bakery con la convenzione con l’hotel, silenzioso.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ωραία, ασφαλής γειτονιά με πολλές επιλογές για πρωινό καφέ και φαγητό. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και σχετικά άνετο, μικρό βέβαια.

Το μόνο αρνητικό που μπορώ να σκεφτώ είναι υγρασία μέσα στα ντουλάπια όπου ήτανε τα ποτήρια και τα πιάτα με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζουνε όλα πολύ άσχημα. Το κρεβάτι επίσης βουλιάζε λίγο στην μέση.

Lola's bakery was a great place to have breakfast. As a guest of Charlotte Guest House, you have a 25% discount. It's a huge portion of food at an excellent price. Everything was clear, even for people everything was clear, even if don't speak English very well.

Megusto mucho la ubicación es muy cerca del metro entonces te puedes trasladar muy facilmente, las casitas típicas de londres te hace sentir parte de esta bella ciudad, todo muy limpio.

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was super cosy and had great heating, a jug for tea/coffee etc, TV with Netflix, prime etc, a desk with mirror and a long mirror, space to hang clothing, quiet, feels like a bedroom. Staff were helpful and helped with my heavy suitcase.

Tap water took a while to heat up. Shower was lovely and warm and had a filter show head which was good but the pressure was a bit odd, almost too much pressure?

Quartier formidable, immeuble très agréable et joli. Bonne literie ( le vide à la tête du lit est assez gênant, il faudrait un oreiller de plus pour pouvoir lire dans de bonnes conditions)

The room was Spartan. Like a nun's cell. People were coming and going all night so it was impossible to sleep. The light in the hall kept activating and it lit up the room.

It's a very convenient location, stones throw away from underground, overground and thames link stations. Lots of facilities around. It is very convenient to get to the city. Safe location. Walking distance to the national express stop.

No lift in the building and kitchen is in a different guest house. The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great.

Everything was lovely, especially the area and the breakfast at Lola's. The room was spacious and a real value for money. I asked for extra towels and we had them immediately. We had the room cleaned and the litter thrown away every day! That was excellent, concerning the fact that we were staying with our young son. We were given all details contactless via what's up. I will definitely choose this house again on my next visit to London!

Overall the room was fine. Only a few minor improvements I would suggest, such as some shelves in the closet and a place to put the suitcase on.
