El desayuno es muy bueno. Las vistas son muy lindas. El acceso es bueno. El wifi muy bueno. El gym está muy bien equipado.

El staff del hotel no habla bien inglés, cosa que dificulta toda comunicación. El proceso de check in y check out fue muy lento.

Just the location.

I booked a larger room with Lake view smoking preference, I mailed and messaged the property for early check-in. Even after booking a few days prior no reply from the hotel, on arrival I said I have booked for a smoking room and opted for late check out as early check-in there was no reply. For which the front desk rejected saying our entire property is smoke free. Whereas while booking it asked for smoking preference. No late check out. Water bottles were plastic not of glass as Westin garden City, as well as the buffet breakfast was not up to the mark... No shoe shiner. (Same hotel Westin garden City n Westin powai still a whole lot of difference. Westin garden City has a good and dedicated staff with all toiletries.For them guests were priority.) The buffet waiting was probably too long as it was the new year.. Overall it was not that pleasant stay.

Exotic views of the powai lake

Rooms are spectacular. There were weddings and events happening in and around but the way the rooms were set up, everyday I was able to sleep in quietness. Very impressive.

At the Restuarant, if you say at the tables outside there were no waiters, They continually forgot our order, they brought food 1 by one in intervals of 5-10 minutes. But that changed the moment we went inside.

I am not used to paying for room service everytime we asked for something. It was a different experience for me

Staff who entered the room with duplicate key . Also flush in the wash room wasn’t working . Had to do with the staff doing maintenance work when I was in the room

Very Very Slow check-in process at reception.

This was my second time at westin Powai lake, which was even worse than the first experience

The first time around was a horrible experience, -It took them more than 30 minutes to allot a room to us, even after we arrived at 3pm. -the door knob on the bathroom door was broken - hairdryer in the bathroom was not working -the loose tile under the bathtub which was for maintenance purposes, kept falling open. -we tried calling room service for a good 45 minutes but all lines were busy, after which I had to go to the concierge and request for cutlery which was then delivered to our room after an hour or so. -The lake view cafe was under renovation, no such information was present while we made the bookings. -the food at dinner and breakfast was stale, idli’s had formed a crust on them, vegetables were stale and dehydrated, everything else was below average. -there was only one battery in the television remote I would never recommend staying at this property, even if they offered you a free stay.

Wonderful place, rooms located in front of serene lake. Good tasy food,buffet with varieties.Staffs are co- operative.

Nice hotel to stay in Mumbai close to the airport, but far from downtown.

Water in swimming pool special in kids pool water is not cleaned as expected

Newly renovated, staff are warm and friendly esp the bell men who assisted us when we checked in, the cleaners and the delivery people for food including the waiters, waitresses and chefs in Lake Cafe restaurant. Keep it up.

1) Check in, they blocked reserved an amount more than the room rate although I mentioned I will pay any extras by cash during my stay… My room card had to be replaced three times since it didn’t work well in the lift & the room, so i had to go to reception every time to get another card.. tiring esp when you just landed from an evening flight and needed a rest.. 2) The pool needs an upgrade as it seems outdated + the water was bit murky and does not look clean. The small pool was not maintained also, very dirty.

All the staff are very helpful and they smile always. One of the staff sponteneously help me to get "ENO" for my tummy upset, when I ask if there is any pharmacy around.

The Green Tea at the breakfast cafe was not good for my tummy. My tummy bloated after drinking the green tea. If there is Organic green tea would be great :)
