Breakfast had no taste at all... It can be better

Mr Vikas from front desk was really helpful and Mr Vishal as well.There were few requests from my side which Mr Vikas obliged without any fuss.was really helpful.

Didn't permit my cousin to come up to the room, he lives directly across the street from the hotel and refers many people to the hotel. No guests means they don't trust us and obviously can't prove a courtesy to their neighbors who bring them business
Also, the guard didn't let me enter the property after rhe Holi festival, I had 2 colored cheeks, nothing on my clothes, hair otlr rhe rest of my body. I ignored the guard and walked right in. 5 minutes later the front desk called me and threatened me if I left color in any "hotel property", totally disrespectful. I'm an attorney and former hotel owner myself, and felt their attitude was threatening and condescending.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful.
I stayed in room no 807 just next to the elevator and the stay was not at all comfortable because of the elevator lobby just next to the room.

Reception, restaurant and security staff very polite.
Stayed 7 days. Reception is impressive but...not a old hotel but has poor quality rooms! In daytime you see the mess on walls etc. Needs redecor. Carpet in corridors not cleaned regularly.
Outside breakfast area needs redecor!
Swimming pool had oil film on top of water. Disgusting. Nobody had cleaned up the pool area. Was told previous day was a party!! So I could not use.
Gym is tiny with old machines and weights that are not very clean. A/c was off. I did not use.
Waste of my time as booked because photos made pool snd gym look nice 😡

Everything was great as always. Spa was good.
Got a room Wifi wasn’t working, Although they provide staff wifi but it was restrict to two device only so no tv or ipad working if need your work phone internet.
